RE: Shares 18 Dec 2017 14:52

Why not read the RNS? The RNS states quite clearly that RRR has a fixed and floating charges over the assets plus a mortgage on the plant. Either Steelmin repays RRR or RRR takes the assets and the business. The people behind Steelmin had put Euro 11mil into it at 31/01/2017. The investors include Stonehage Fleming, Quilvest, Copulos Group. hxxps://www.stonehagefleming.com/ [...] The Chairman is a former director of the EBRD. These people are not complete and utter idiots contrary to what the troll on here say. DYOR

You have to laugh at the fools on LSE salivating on the possibility the shares might rise from 0.045 to 0.055p, they forget that the price has fallen from 1p.

Bell has become very tetchy over personal criticism just recently, he also has no interest in the shareholder value wipe-out and never has, just how many investors in this outfit have been wiped out over the years?

There is some speculation that Bell may be forced to move aside, it will be interesting to see how POW will react to the appalling corporate governance at Red Rock now they are a TR1 holder? What are Blacks intentions with his 10% stake? What is Lenigas doing behind the scenes?

Many believe that the best thing that could ever happen at Red Rock would be for AB to step down, the trolls allege they are only active because of him, if he goes could these same trolls become supporters?

So many questions, RRR equity is now option money, if anyone wants to launch a corporate move the cost would be modest currently.

What the MMs and potential investors are doing is to deliberately ignore all the neighbours in every territory that RRR operates in. They are deliberately ignoring the very salient tweets by none other than Leni no less. With their continuing fixation on how Ettie has been blighted by bad luck for nigh on 20 years has blinded them to all the neighbours.

Topham really needs to top'em. Black needs to find the White. Gyllenhammer needs to hit the nail on the head.

One of the best features of owning a share of ELEP liabilities, is that when it goes bust RRR won't have to contribute anything to creditors. Limited liability is neglected by investors but it makes ELEP the soundest investment in the RRR stable, as we can only lose 100% of the outlay. Better to have bought worthless ELEP shares and leave us salivating for the IPO, instead of doing it as a JV and leaving us exposed.

Copper is back as investors cash in on the ‘reflation trade’
A new commodity upswing is under way, creating widespread opportunities for investors. But pundits warn that could also contribute to stickier inflation keeping rates higher for longer. - Apr 12, 2024 –

I don't know what to believe these days at Red Rock Resources PLC. Mind you microcap explorers all have difficulties fundraising these days. Red Rock is alive, kicking, and punting projects whilst most hibernate to survive.

-----

Another company in China started in a large building somewhere in China. It turned out later that backhanders paid for new signs just for one weekend Afternoon and the building was owned and let out to other companies. The old signs had been put back.

No one queried why the signs were in English and not in Mandarin.

The shares came to the market on AIM. They said they had large fields for much sort after Forsythia and reported large crops and sales.

The share rose rapidly in price with much good news and paid dividends. They offered a 20% discount to shareholders reinvesting and most did.

Meanwhile, Chinese investors sold into the market taking big profits but the shares stayed high on continued good news.

Then frosts arrived and killed the following year's crops. I did wonder as my Forsythias are very happy when frosts arrived. The shares fell.

Later on, after Chinese investors bought back in they bought more fields the crops revived and so did the share price and dividends continued. The shares went up and Chinese buyers returned to sell with good news continuing.

After this news was not good as there was a labour shortage and the shares fell. Strange that.

Then one day the shares were suspended. The Chinese owners were nowhere to be seen or the mysterious fields full of Forsythia.

Thus investors lost all their money. AIM remained silent and time passed and life carried on as normal.

You may be able to remember the company's name.
