13/12/2019 19:46 | Sounds like Clunes, like so many shameless rampsters before him, is getting rather tetchy about his position here which is sure to be in the red. No sympathies from me I'm afraid. Invest in POS shares with POS BODs and you get what you deserve. This is going south imho. The CLN issue is going to come to a head in 4 working days time. Most likely scenario for me is that the holders will have no choice but to have the can kicked down the road for a 3rd year. If so it will be indicative imho that the company is cashless and can't afford to repay them. Oust the BOD, curb the ridiculous expenditure on Admin and other expenses and this would have a chance. Until then, absolute barge pole for me. DYOR | torp

13/12/2019 16:35 | Bell should not of wasted time on the election but got on with securing licences and deals. I wonder if he will be taking a pay cut for the company time wasted on seeking election? When is the AGM? We are now a year after "things" were imminent, if imminent takes this long I am glad it is not medium term. Come on Bell, where is your update and where is the positive news> | clunes100

13/12/2019 12:40 | The reality Total Current Liabilities were £2.7m as at end Dec 2018 Cash in the bank at that time was just £27k Steelmin went into Administration in February, an event that still has not been RNS'd Bell loaned Steelmin a further £1.1m which he also didn't RNS to markets The £1m outstanding CLNs are due for repayment 19th Dec in 4 working days time The Jupiter share price has crashed to 25c levels wiping lots of value off RRR's holding. Yep, looks pretty much a standard annus horribilis at RRR for me. Same old DYOR | torp

The cash liabilities are comfortable as the majority may be repaid in equity, Steelmin is rightly paused to seek out strong trade partners before proceeding while the battery metals sector is in a good moment so that venture is well-timed. Suggestions 2019 will be an annus horribilis are wide of the mark, it could and should be the opposite. | kemche

12/12/2019 14:43 | On topic Tick tock Now only 5 working days until the 19th Dec deadline for repayment of the £1m CLNs Cutting it short Is Bell going to slip in a last minute dilution? Surely not? Would he be so wily as to knock out a placing tonight on election day when people will be "distracted" ? Or tomorrow, via a classic Friday night RNS? Or will the CLN holders have to accept the can being kicked down the road for a 3rd year ? Tough times at Red Rock High. DYOR | torp
