28/4/2023 16:49 | I note that in this last FY performance fees have varied significantly from quarter to quarter viz £2.3m,£0.7m,£2.8m,£0 I hope I remember to ask in the next IMC what causes these variations. Thought about adding in rather a lackadaisical way but did nothing. The shares seem pretty accurately priced at the moment. | cerrito
28/4/2023 12:56 | TU looks ok, not the spectacular advances of previous quarters but ok. | robsy2
28/4/2023 12:51 | They get accrued when earned - obvs they didn't deliver in Q4. | trident5
28/4/2023 12:09 | Anyone sufficiently knowledgeable about the timing of performance fees to shed some light as to why none accrued in the quarter? Each of the last 3-4 quarters accrued some level of perf fees if memory is correct. | wolsey
28/4/2023 11:46 | Yes, slightly surprised they didn't accrue any performance fees in Q4, good though to see the increases in AUM primarily across the higher margin streams. | cockerhoop
28/4/2023 08:19 | So EPS would seem to be 6p-6.5p I'd expect. Would have been helpful to get some more colour in the TU but they look cracking value particularly given the implied growth to Fy25 if they hit their targets | adamb1978
28/4/2023 07:09 | So zero performance fees it is then! | adamb1978
27/4/2023 21:16 | Let's hope they are following Stanley Druckenmiller and have been generally short the dollar this quarter. | konradpuss
27/4/2023 14:51 | The level of performance fees will be interesting, upgraded FY23 forecasts don't really model any for Q4 so any significant perf fees will lead to a beat imo. | cockerhoop
27/4/2023 13:32 | Any predictions for tomorrow? | adamb1978
25/4/2023 10:05 | @ crazycoops. It's this Friday. Every so often companies update their financial calendars for investors. hxxps://recordfg.com Hope that helps. | mpage
25/4/2023 09:47 | TU last year was 22 April. Presumably we will get one this week? | crazycoops
30/3/2023 19:32 | Well if I had just stumbled across Record Plc I think I might feel the current share price is a buying opportunity. I would also be thinking, why did I not stumble across this share when the share price was circa 40p? | konradpuss
30/3/2023 17:28 | Ok. Thanks. | wjccghcc
30/3/2023 17:14 | I think, hopefully, that the gap in the share price made between 28/11/22 & 29/11/22 has now been closed & we recover again from here. | dogwalker
30/3/2023 17:10 | No you're right : my mistake. | dogwalker
30/3/2023 16:01 | Arcontech results were 27/2 and they don't have much in common with Record. Or do you mean a different Arcontech? | wjccghcc
30/3/2023 15:49 | Related to Arcontech, perhaps?. | dogwalker
30/3/2023 15:01 | Sharp fall today - anyone seen any news? | adamb1978
15/3/2023 13:02 | I dont think those PDMR dealings are concerning. 1.07m options exercised, c.700k of those shares sold. Senior people in companies of this size are unlikely to be millionaires and c.£1m of option proceeds is material for them. Their options are probably a very high proportion of their personal wealth. Most people would do exactly the same in their position | adamb1978
09/3/2023 19:17 | And the business is clearly booming. | robsy2
09/3/2023 17:54 | Maybe Rebecca and James are planning a house move, who knows. | konradpuss
09/3/2023 14:51 | Thanks, mildly concerning here | doobz |
