Maybe someone understands directors dealings better than me, does this latest RNS essentially show a fairly heavy offloading of shares by management here around the 91p level. Not fully clued up on how to read It if anyone can help?

Hello

I'm new to REC and been going through the numbers this weekend - can anyone help me understand why the share buy back which was implemented during FY22 was stopped this year?
Thanks

Adam

crazy, thank you. I was awaiting its appearance on the Record Plc site.

Interesting Neil Record is standing down.

How long until they get taken over or sell themselves.

Neil is super smart and has a great feel for market timing.

An excellent research note has been published by Edison following the CMD a few weeks ago. Explains the strategy and includes upgraded forecasts. hTTps://www.edisongroup.com/research/explaining-strategy-and-growth/32038/

Looks like NT gave up on these today, stating they look a touch overvalued. Any thoughts?

A piece on Record in the I.C. this week by Simon 'Puffer' Thompson.

He has upped his target price to £1.25 from £1.05.

Record looking strong with increasing AUM for higher margin activities and performance fees. This is even on my Mark Minervini T2T screen now. Seems to be breaking out well to the upside. Not as good value, but certainly got momentum.

Pretty much any research is designed to put the company in a positive light. I usually find companies like Edison reflect the underlying company IR, if it's a rampy company the research output will reflect that, if conservative management want to get their story out to retail investors (as with Edison's coverage of REC or GAW) the output is more realistic.

Anyway my forecasts are now well ahead of Edisons after Q3.

Not only that but it's paid for research.

I'm a bit suspect of Edison notes, they issued one about a week ago on CREO valuing it at 272p a share although it's been crashing for ages and is 20p, no positive market reaction and co needs to raise funds

I must say I am surprised at the subdued reaction of the share price to these results. I guess it is just that there is not a huge free float and what is free is being held tightly on the basis that who wants to sell a growth stock at this multiple.

Yes, the interest rate environment has changed - in which case these performance fees should be a steady income stream, rather than the haphazard bonus they have appeared in the last few years. Not sure the market has woken up to this.

another excellent update. performance fees are becoming a regular feature 5.8m this FY alone v 0.5m for FY22.

Not in a good mood.
Wanted to look at the last Annual report. On my PC Kaspersky refused point blank to allow me to access it. On my mobile Google made me jump some hoops and got on the investor page but could not find the Annual report.
I then went to the contact section and filled in the form to write to them but it gave no indication that my message had been sent or an acknowledgement.

I have met her and was very impressed.

She had much common sense (that's unusual these days) and was a sort of 'get the job done' person.

She is fantastic.bloody good CEO and fun. She dealt with the party well and i love the way she just takes the questions as they come in , unfiltered. A straight shooter. Also amusing how she had so many questions from a guy called Joseph. At the end she asked him if he had any more questions!
Also of note with reference to the 60 million turnover at 40% margins was her comment “ I think i know exactly how to do this”.
Just hope she stays on for a while. Very inspiring person.

Indeed:) Nonetheless, she is a leader who seems totally in command of her brief, focused and delivering on her strategy. The only downside is that it seems we will have to wait until the CMD in February for upgraded forecasts.
