Not sure what you mean , it's all clearly broken down in the table every quarter how much is down to FX , flows , and market movements |
Too bad that in the last two quarters they have stopped giving us how much AUM changes were due to Stock market changes and FX rate movements,
In certain quarters these could be big numbers ie FX movements were a positive $4,8b in quarter to 9.24 and and stock market movements positive $7b in quarter to 3/24.

While I approve of them keeping a strong cash buffer, I agree.
I have wanted to see at least a small buy back here for a while now. Even just a couple of million quid or so.
Then further small buy back initiatives after each positive update, where it is financially sensible to do so.
This would not even impact the dividend, or any specials they provide either, IMO.
But I guess for whatever reason, they just do not want to.

Looking as far back as 2008 Record have never had a losing year , even when revenue collapsed post GFC . Is there really a need to keep 17m pounds of capital surplus to regulatory requirements ? Why not have the courage to buy back some of its own shares at a single digit multiple? |

A good quarter. Nice performance fees, a fund launched, although I would like to have seen an increase in funds 'under management'. We do know this can come in like buses come along.

I don't see what the problem is here. They are just plodding on making money and paying it out as divis,earning some decent performance fees and launching some new products with real scale. |
