? Don't know, but HL seem incompetent at CAs. Can't envisage circumstances where one could occur without shareholders being notified in advance.

apparently there is a corporate action happenng. my stop loss order was cancelled by hargreaves as it says it "has been cancelled due to an impending corporate action". does anyone have any idea what this is? there were some very big sells towards the close. i assume it has something to do with the UBS tie up

It is a $750m fund targeting private investors - fees will be high (75-100bps)

The UBS name is finally released. Previous to this announcement it was always aluded to.

This fund might not make much money for Record, it does however add further credibility.

The Edison note of 23rd June suggested the EM sustainable fund would launch with $350m FUM, todays guide of $750m should provide reasonable upgrade potential.

In financial terms it's $0.75bn of additional FUM at higher (dynamic - perhaps 15 bps) commission with the potential to grow the FUM over time.

Combined with the $8bn dynamic mandate announced last September it does show the company targeting higher margin business.

ive been considering buyng and simon thompson covered again in IC last week reccomding it. im looking to buy hopefully under 100p today but looks like it could rise above that level on this news

Still no small company funds with declarable stakes. O.K. it is not Alpha F.X. which I am glad about, however there does seem to be some growth now.

Excellent 4th quarter trading update today.
"I am pleased to report Record's highest ever AUME, which ended the year 37% higher than last year at US$80.1 billion, including 12-month net inflows of US$9.7 billion assisted by positive movements in both markets and exchange rates of US$8.4 billion and US$3.4 billion respectively".
