The SepticInvestor doesnt learn by his mistakes - he bought and lost money so he bought more and lost more money

But the best thing is he boasted about it

Keyno - Maybe vile but will not kill you. Hemlock is usually fatal.

The other issue is I think that markets are probably due a correction even if only a by a few per cent, that could easily take this fragile stock under £40. I might well be tempted there...

Keyno - Nothing wrong with beetroot but the veg here is possibly more like hemlock.

I already hold here and am not selling - yet. If I wasn't a holder I might be tempted to have a punt, rightly or wrongly. Not all the hearings are going to be in "judicial hellholes" and RKT will presumably have time to muster a robust defence to these claims.

I should add that this had already proved to be a bad investment for me, even before this case emerged, which I see as the beetroot flavoured icing on the beetroot flavoured cake - yuch.

IF it proves to be any type of guide, the HLN share price was a Buy around 2 months after the news hit.

RKT may develop differently obvs,
however buying now looks very much like gambling to me.

A fair point Keyno. Judicial hellholes doesn't instill hope for the future, does it! I'm still on the sidelines uninvested here. For the time being I think it's the best place to be.

I treat comments from ex-employees with a pinch of salt, unastubbs. One never knows why the EX-employee left or the frame of mind he/she left in.

I read the FT article you mention and loved the phrase which you quote, "judicial hellholes".

Some of the comments on there are good, this is "Season" -

"This business is a mess. From someone who worked there in CHQ for 7+ years, it has totally lost the entrepreneurial spirit that made it a formidable force. The MJ acquisition by Rakesh was a total mess. None of the MJ employees wanted to be part of RB. Then Laxman came in, rode the COVID wave and bloated HQ with McKinsey consultants and purpose-led nonsense. HR manage to wield absurd influence yet are at the same time utterly useless. Mandatory D&I training for employees on microaggressions (for a science/evidence led business this is comical). Avoid like the plague."

"The next state trial is scheduled to take place in St Louis, Missouri, in the autumn. Lobbyists at the American Tort Reform Association, which campaigns against excessive awards, has ranked the city as one of its “judicial hellholes”, arguing that judges there “allow junk science to be presented in their courtrooms” and courts “are a prolific producer of nuclear verdicts”. A representative of the 22nd Judicial Circuit in Missouri declined to comment."
