When you get a Exec Chairman who is basically a conman then you are going to get shafted good and proper , corruption at it's worst , resign you bunch of crooks!

Totte received £223k - not even a hint that he had received a further £1.21m for consultancy services that year!

I see that Mr Salter who resigned today was "Chairman of both the Audit and
Remuneration Committees of the Group." and he was the other recipient of undisclosed consultancy fees in 2014 and 2015!

As for the Senior Auditor last year Keith Newman of Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP
Not difficult to spot related party transactions to the Exec Chair of £1.2m!!!!!
And they were paid a massive £292k for services that year!

Note the Board says, "These are believed to amount to..." not, "These amount to". Sounds like they're not absolutely sure what's been paid.

Imagine if a lesser employee dipped their fingers in the till to the tune of £1.8m. Police would surely be called?

Undisclosed Directors fees were actually £1.83m to Totte over the last 3 years!!!!!
(and £383k to Salter Non Exec who resigned today!)
Amounts paid obscene and non declaration well !!!!!!
