04/10/2019 14:18 | LOL Saw this coming 😂😂 | under the radar
04/10/2019 14:11 | showme01 your track record is hardly an example of backing winners. All you posted about i3 Energy what a great company it was how great the directors were. YOU were WRONG big time. 5 star failure. | andyhooley
04/10/2019 14:04 | Agree Curry. Toons in these now. | showme01
04/10/2019 13:28 | showme, I bought more at a penny yesterday, and happy with that. IMHO the placing price wont be set yet, they will want to start the book build Tuesday to get a feel for the level of demand. Thinking about it, by putting the rns out, it could work OK in so much as creating more demand and so a stronger price.. I might even put down for some with my broker.. I would think after 5 weeks of news drought, once this out the way, we should get some decent newsflow! edit, post no 5555 is it a sign? | currypasty
04/10/2019 13:15 | Usually we have the knockers coming onto the threads to help drive the share price down...now just because that's been unsuccessfully we have these 'knockers' posting instead 'THEIR' disappointment that there isn't going to be a rights issue....And even worse they claim to be sticking up for loyal shareholders ....When most of these 'CONCERNED' holders don't hold any in the first place....LMFAO !!!! | grannyboy
04/10/2019 13:14 | rights issues / open offers takes a lot more time than simple placing... perhaps they are in a hurry to get on with the job? | currypasty
04/10/2019 13:13 | Is buying them on the open market not a gift currently. I've been adding. 1.1p min placing imo. | showmethemoneyhoney01
04/10/2019 12:58 | Very unsporting indeed, a 1:4 open offer should be the minimum opportunity gifted to loyal shareholders. | gunsofmarscapone
04/10/2019 12:06 | Given the size of the placing relative to the market cap, why are they not doing a rights issue? Whatever happened to shareholder pre-emption rights? | henley2
04/10/2019 12:00 | Directors have stated any placing will only be done at previous last one or higher | showme01
04/10/2019 11:54 | To be fair it's not going to be 1.1, hopefully not below 0.9. As long as it's a good deal it will add value. | stockport loser
04/10/2019 11:48 | I missed out on the fall earlier this morning, I was busy out and about, but not too disappointed as I topped up the other day when it fell below 1p...but will wait to see what the placing price is and will buy more around the 1p level, can't see it myself think it will be at a premium or at the same level as the last raise. | grannyboy
04/10/2019 11:33 | agree cash/Geoff, very positive, imo... I guess a placing and buy more % rathlin is pretty instant, a RTO would take months, and be bogged down in legals | currypasty
04/10/2019 11:25 | All those people wittering about a discounted placing should bear this in mind, RBD do not ABSOLUTELY not need to raise money to keep the lights on, or pay the bills or the wages. This raise is to take an even larger stake in a fantastic investment, potentially. Investors are being given a golden opportunity here, and are not going to get it on the cheap in my view. I guess the raise will be the same price as the last one, or maybe a small amount more. | geoffsmith
04/10/2019 11:21 | As big an indication as there ever was about West Newton - why so much money? it blows apart anything they have done thus far. Whilst I'm no fan of dilution in 90% of cases, this falls into the 10% which I deem constructive and value accretive. Its not just West Newton, its the entire damn license they will be taking control of if they go ahead with this move on Rathlin. They might aswell RTO. Keep in mind folks, the West Newton testing will recommence in due course and CPR should be ready end of this quarter or early 2020. Cash | cashandcard
04/10/2019 11:02 | Forget the placing. What have the directors seen to want them to commit so much capital to this project ? | showmethemoneyhoney01
04/10/2019 11:01 | Suppose you have to top up along with the placees you can generally get a better price than them in the following days post placement. | fireplace22
04/10/2019 11:01 | Price corrected.... this is v good news imo. | ccr1958
04/10/2019 11:01 | No he received inside information | slicethepie
04/10/2019 10:59 | I see as usual PI's loose out as our holding gets mullered. Typical, JFT | ntv
04/10/2019 10:57 | With so many shares sold down to this level (presumably to pick them up again at a lower level in placing)it seems inevitable that the that the placing price isn't going to generous. I'd guess 0.75-0.8? | fireplace22
04/10/2019 10:53 | As they currently own ~36% of Rathlin and they greatly increase their holding what percentage ownership will force them to make a bid for the whole company ? This could be a possibility given the size of the fundraising. | geordy2
04/10/2019 10:49 | suggest 1.1 will be ceiling until placing complete. i have bought more today at this ridiculous frankly price. | stirfry13
04/10/2019 10:48 | Placing is one thing but not convertibles and other derivatives that sap the goodness out of the share price seemingly forever ala HUR, PMO. | fireplace22 |
