I should imagine they have/are sounding out the present II's before getting to the placing price...They have a strong hand with the testing and logging they have done so far, of course Rathlin are well aware of the situation, being the operator.

I think the last placing was on the 2nd Aug for £2.65million, at a price of 1.10p.
And i am almost sure RBD have publicly said that they will not raise again for less than the latest raise,
Will be very interesting to see if they pull that off.
Considering the great almost unbelievable potential at WN and the rest of the
portfolio, then i think it`s possible.

Well they commited to never raise at a lower price so let's see what they can manage to acheive.

Updated cpr report release in the meantime could help. Is this possible or still too early?

Let see the price - Im guessing the investors to the placing will be very unhappy with the leak If a priced been agreed.

Interesting that RBD didn't mention the placing price - maybe this going to change now due share price action

Perhaps the RNS coming clean is not such a bad thing.. a lot more people reaching for the phone to get in on this placing, so price it gets away could be reasonable.. my guess, 0.95

Well now we know why it had gone quiet at WN, and why, because it suits them both, RBD and ADX Parta flow results are being held back...

I have no issue with the fundraise to give them a bigger stake in Rathlin or Romania..

The AIM rules need to change and suspend a stock when a company are in talks about placings to stop all this nonsense.

The Company confirms that it is in the process of taking indications of interest from investors with regard to an equity placing of between GBP20 - 24 million, with the majority of the proceeds intended to be utilised to meaningfully increase Reabold's interest in Rathlin Energy (UK) Limited, to fund and accelerate the permitted, two well work programme at the West Newton project, and to exercise its existing option in Danube Petroleum Limited, providing the required funding for the IM-2 well.
