The fundamentals have changed dramatically hence the massive change in sentiment

Peter Brailey wrote 2 articles about RBD acquiring Gaelic resources which hold its California assets - Brentwood, Monroe Swell and Grissly Island. The first appeared on Thursday and didn't affect the market price. The second written today is an elaboration of his first article as it adds new information extracted from the half year results published on Friday.

In essence he is alleging that the transaction was not arms length in the sense that the guy who sold Gaelic resources to RBD was also was indirectly responsible for confirming the size of the assets that were bought. i.e they were not independently valued. Why did RBD not get these assets independently valued? RED FLAG, what other Red Flags may be there too? RBD should make a full statement to the market clari
