16/2/2022 17:23 | And yes, NATO and the US should stop their provocation | rayg5
16/2/2022 16:27 | Putin wants to strut the international stage and have heads of government queuing up to meet him. That goal has been achieved and I do believe NATO has overreacted. | rayg5
16/2/2022 16:08 | Virtually nil. Chances of Russia being cut off from the financial system by sanctions? There'll be no politicians pleading RAV's case. Fwiw I think Taiwan & China both largely uninvestable too - it's a minority position I admit ;) | spectoacc
16/2/2022 16:06 | Chances of the warehouses being bombed in the event of war? | gary1966
16/2/2022 15:41 | I think RAVP will be fine, I think it'll continue paying out its divi as it's always done, through thick & thin. But there's a non-negligible chance of turkey syndrome. The farmer feeds you 364 days a year, you trust him, then on Xmas Eve he kills you. If Putin does plan to kick off - something no one but he really knows - there's a chance of Xmas for RAVP holders. For me, that was reason enough to take profits yesterday and today. The divi's been a bonus along the way. Good luck holders - but for me at least, Russia has become uninvestable. If/when that ceases to be the case, I reckon Gazprom might be up there on the list, along with RAVP. | spectoacc
16/2/2022 14:52 | Don't you want 3p every 13 weeks. | montyhedge
16/2/2022 14:08 | Just good for the day, I want my 3p thank you ! | gfrae
16/2/2022 13:42 | @gfae - or hope you'd left the order overnight, pocketed the 3p XD tomorrow morning, then sold to you ;) | spectoacc
16/2/2022 13:31 | Specto, I had and have a limit order to pay 113p and have not been filled. You could have got 2p more ! | gfrae
16/2/2022 13:25 | Ex tomorrow I think 2p drop, so in theory up 1p. | montyhedge
16/2/2022 13:12 | That in itself cannot be a bad thing for RAV. | rayg5
16/2/2022 13:11 | This could be blackmail. Putin wants a higher gas price? | rayg5
16/2/2022 12:06 | Took 111p to sell, so miles inside - good luck holders. If tensions ease got to be worth 10p higher, but personally I go with the opposite of whatever Putin says. If he says he's pulling back troops and won't invade, more likely something's about to happen. | spectoacc
16/2/2022 11:20 | Diplomatic temperature improving and typical action prior to xd this week | rayg5
16/2/2022 10:42 | RAV isn’t a Russian company though, it just does business there. | ramellous
16/2/2022 09:17 | Wonder what impact on Rav if Boris decides to penalise russian conpanies would they move from LSE or still continue to be quoted | zipstuck
15/2/2022 12:27 | Nice bounce today on what would look like tension easing slightly with troop withdrawls | irish_neris
15/2/2022 10:38 | Putin got what he wants to be seen has a world player again and oil $90 a barrel. Raven back to normal price around 125p to 130p.Been in this 11 years seen it all ups and down, but always paid out every 13 weeks. | montyhedge
15/2/2022 09:46 | Putin wants maximum bang for his buck. He has achieved that, without a shot being fired. Putin needs to be treated like a world leader, despite being a dictator. Job done, I believe. | rayg5
14/2/2022 13:09 | *LAVROV: RUSSIA CAN CONSIDER CONTINUING TALKS WITH U.S., NATO RUSSIA'S LAVROV SAYS WE CAN SEE A WAY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH TALKS | igbertsponk
14/2/2022 12:16 | Wonder will see the price hold around 105-106 till Friday and then a drop one gone ex div. Would have expected a bigger drop today | irish_neris |
