Preference Share Dividend (RAVP)

The Directors of the Company confirm that the quarterly payment of the preference dividend in respect of the preference shares of 1p each with ticker RAVP (the "Preference Shares") will be made, in accordance with their terms, on 31 March 2021 in respect of the period from 31 December 2020 to (but excluding) 31 March 2021. The record date for the payment of the preference dividend for the Preference Shares is 19 February 2021 with an ex-dividend date of 18 February 2021.

The Preference Shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of 3 pence per Preference Share.

A scrip dividend alternative (to be settled in Preference Shares) will also be available for all preference shareholders in respect of the preference dividend.

The scrip dividend circular will be available on the Investor section of the Company's website ( www.theravenpropertygroup.com ) , and will also be available for viewing on the national storage mechanism ( ). Letters notifying the holders of Preference Shares of the presence of the scrip dividend circular on the Company's website and how to access it will be sent on or around 25 February 2021. The last date for receipt of completed forms of election (in accordance with the terms thereof) will be 12 March 2021.

Share price moving up another tad. It's becoming apparent the MM appear to have no stock and existing holders aren't selling despite the price rise.

What a complete screw-up by Invesco. It would be lovely to think Invesco have other stocks they want to dump at crazy low prices but I'm sadly not aware of any. A pity

Thanks Kenny. Just a small question (in case I missed something) as I have seen it has in the past released the rns at 7:00 Am on a Thursday one week before going ex-div. Not really a big concern.

riskvreward - you are correct, the announcement is due today. I have sent the company an email asking when the announcement will be made. This has happened once before - someone forgot to make the announcement and it came later in the day, so hopefully my email will lead to action.

You do appear a nasty piece. Announcement and ex-divi are two different things. read your own header it says Announcement 11 February 2021. So your header is misleading.

Stupid chuffing computer. It has RAVP showing as blue when I KNOW it is ALWAYS red. Do I replace it, or will a reboot fix it?

Just topped up the last of my accounts with a divi I'd missed. Had to actually put an order in despite it only a few hundred shares. Not many about it seems.
