26/7/2019 11:01 | I just bought at 132p, 9.09% yield, I can live with that, market makers know where to go to get stock, its sale time. | montyhedge
26/7/2019 08:51 | I just bought 2000 @131.9 | bonnard
25/7/2019 21:07 | Hopefully, yes. | eeza
25/7/2019 19:27 | Will the buyers at 116p take a quick turn and sell. | montyhedge
25/7/2019 16:15 | Another stuffing for fund holders, what are the management fees for if not to drip the holdings in at a decent price, anyone can fire sale | hindsight
25/7/2019 16:13 | Woodford really is proving himself to be an absolute prized plonker. What an idiot selling this for what represents a yield of 11% at the price he sold....someone has got a real bargain. At least he is now out the way and good riddance too. | cfro
25/7/2019 15:54 | At least the will he/won’t he sell RAVP is over and the uncertainty is cleared. As mentioned above, 134.5p to buy does seem to suggest the shares have been placed with firm holders? Time will tell, but some might leak into the market in the next few days. However, the post-sale reaction and prices of RAV and RAVC is encouraging. I am guessing that any dip will be short term, and the price will recover. This led me to buy some at 135p yesterday – knowing full well they may dip in the short term, but long term the 8.88% yield was too good to pass up. Especially, as it looks like we are going to have a second decade of lower for longer interest rates. I also sympathize with Woodford fund holders because Woodford got himself into a situation where he has to accept ridiculously low prices just to get liquid. | kenny
25/7/2019 15:53 | Kenny's off on holiday ? Smiling. | eeza
25/7/2019 15:44 | Nice price to pick them up at... | cwa1
25/7/2019 15:34 | eeza Not him personally his a multi millionaire, paid cash for pad in Salcombe. Taking nearly 100,000 a day in fees, but this move seems strange to me. | montyhedge
25/7/2019 15:31 | Still £1.345 to buy. | davebowler
25/7/2019 15:29 | I doubt he's in trouble. Trousered plenty. But the poor souls invested in his funds. Maybe a different matter. | eeza
25/7/2019 15:27 | 116.4p for Woodford to sell probably his only winner, I wonder if he is in real trouble. | montyhedge
25/7/2019 15:14 | 14.9mill Wonder who was lucky. Kenny ?? | eeza
25/7/2019 15:09 | Looks like Woody's out for 116.4p. | simon gordon
24/7/2019 12:04 | Sing are the selling mm on both these and ravc, so imagine they have a line of these from woodford too | hindsight
24/7/2019 11:04 | I can confirm that trades going through at 135-135.2p are buys. (investors also paying 136p for larger amounts). | cfro
24/7/2019 09:32 | Back up a smidgin this morn.Assume Woodford isn't selling as I think he'd have telegraphed it.If Woodford does want to emerge like a phoenix (the Raven logo always looked more Phoenix than raven) then this pref share chucking off so much regular income will be part of that base portfolio. | igbertsponk
24/7/2019 09:25 | In relation to RAVP, maybe Woodford has started to drip feed them into the market. I say this because the transactions yesterday and today at 135.4p and 135.2p are all buys - even thought they look like sales. | kenny
24/7/2019 08:51 | If I was in the Woodford fund, would be rather annoyed they didnt drip them into the market otherwise what are they taking fees to do. And as a potential buyer also annoyed they didnt drip feed in as would paid more than 95p for some | hindsight |
