15/2/2023 18:50 | I wrote this off until got a dividend, do you think we could get another one later on or is it a one off. Any thoughts. | montyhedge
15/2/2023 18:24 | If the interest rate goes up to 20% after 6 months, have they got the amount correct? IG have not yet paid. They're normally very good. | zangdook
15/2/2023 17:15 | XO paid today into our ISAs From the Articles of Association If all or any part of the 12% Preference Dividend is in arrears (and for this purpose the 12% Preference Dividend shall be deemed to be payable quarterly on the dates detailed in Article 2.3.1), interest shall accrue on such unpaid sum at the rate of 15% per annum (such sum to accrue from day to day on the basis of a 365 day year but not to be compounded) from the date upon which such arrears arise until the date of payment. In the event that the arrears of the 12% Preference Dividend shall remain unpaid for six months then the interest rate at which interest will accrue on such arrears will from such time increase to the rate of 20% per annum (such sum to accrue from day to day on the basis of a 365 day year but not to be compounded). ---- From the Company website, the implication is that no Matched Bargain Trades have been settled. | rahosi

15/2/2023 14:44 | Hi I hold some Ravp in nominee account at Hargreaves’s L and Aj Bell - great surprise to see the Mar 22 quarterly divided paid plus interest ! I can’t see these latest company updates as have to have an actual share cert to register - is there a way around this? Many thanks in advance | greenguy
15/2/2023 14:17 | Ii paid brilliant. | montyhedge
15/2/2023 12:45 | To have received interest at 15% is a second bonus. I didn't think such a rate was obtainable anywhere! | 1knocker
15/2/2023 12:44 | Whoa ...haven't been following RAVP since last years debacle when I managed to sell with a small loss ...just checked my account and received a div ..quelle surprise..half for a treat half for Red Cross earthquake fund seems fair | badtime
15/2/2023 12:41 | II have paid my daughters JISA. | gfrae
15/2/2023 12:38 | Just received at AJ Bell | stemis
15/2/2023 12:38 | 2 dividends showing in my Interactive Investor sipp at 12.30. The owed divi and the other is 15% interest. | ramellous
15/2/2023 12:38 | Relief! Mine has come through. I take back all I said about HL. I thought I was going to have a fight on my hands with them about collecting this payment. This payment I regard as akin to a lottery win. I had mentally written off my Raven prefs. I am still deep in the red on them, but every little helps. I think we all ought to write to the board to thank them. They really do seem to have been working hard against great difficulties to salvage something for the shareholders. | 1knocker
15/2/2023 11:36 | Nothing in account from Interactive Investor, normally they are good. | montyhedge
15/2/2023 10:57 | AJ Bell and the other brokers would have received the funds this morning. | drradcliffe
15/2/2023 10:55 | It's in my bank account. I actually got two payments first thing this morning. | drradcliffe
15/2/2023 09:30 | Nothing at AJ Bell so far | stemis
15/2/2023 08:44 | Who'll be first to get paid? Who'll be slow(iWeb are my favourites!) Who'll not get paid at all(I'm looking at you BARC ;-)) Will be interesting to see how the runners and riders perform. Roll up, roll up... | cwa1
14/2/2023 18:32 | I think you are probably right. There will be many small nominee holdings with brokers. I imagine the brokers will get the funds tomorrow (credit transfer) after that it will be a question of how efficiently each broker deposits the funds with their account holders. | drradcliffe
14/2/2023 18:28 | I'm guessing there are more held in nominee accounts than are held in certificates. But what do I know? Tomorrow will tell. | laughton
14/2/2023 17:55 | If you have certificates, have arranged direct debit payment, then I don't see why you won't get paid tomorrow. | drradcliffe
14/2/2023 17:27 | If they've delisted doesn't that mean that they can't pay dividends through Crest? If so I imagine that dividends will have to be paid to brokers by cheque and brokers will insist that cheques clear before crediting clients' accounts. I'm not expecting any money to show up in my account tomorrow. Will be delighted if I've got that wrong. | laughton
14/2/2023 16:45 | Dividend tomorrow? | montyhedge
12/2/2023 12:42 | I agree keith95 I've always been somewhat reassured by the fact that directors and their friends/acquaintance I assume Benn's efforts to build a market for the shares is so that the large holders in the background can acquire additional stock at today's very distressed price. | drradcliffe
11/2/2023 20:16 | "I had the feeling they would relist at some point. " The risk is funny business with the Cyprus holding company but then again ... the founders have a lot of preference shares and I'm sure they are not keen on losing several million .... .. and by the speed of Raven's move the transition to a Cyprus holding was planned well in advance. | keith95 |
