No, you haven’t.

See post 1956. The properties are held by seperate subsidiaries (SPVs = special purpose vehicles), which are Russian companies owned by the Cyprus holding company Raven Russia Holdings Cyprus Limited (“RRHCL”). Within these SPVs is the debt relating to each property. The rents will be collected by the SPVs and then first used to service the debt (or maybe not if the bank is non Russian). Any left over will just be held in the relevant company. Part of the difficulty is getting that money out of the SPVs due to sanctions. Most of the rents are collected in roubles. I refer you to note 32 of the accounts.

Can’t get comfortable with these proposals. Insufficient transparency.

As has been said, there is no reason to hold up accounts.

Guess these proposals will have been discussed and agreed with Quilter and others so it is a done deal.

It will not make any difference, but especially given the lack of any incentive, I will not be voting in favour.

The rents will be accumulating in the SPVs and servicing the debt within them. Without analysis of the SPVs (what property and debt is in each) it's impossible to assess which will ultimately survive and to value them.

I agree, Zang. That was my first thought too. However, whatever is produced has to be viewed in the context of post balance sheet date events.

Frankly, I consider RAVP to be worthless. Should some payment be made in the future, it would be a bonus.
