auction started when someone bought at 6p!then the mms tried to scare and treshaked during auction!just tactics because they expect good news also....now only 2 mms at 5.5...

Lol! both companies are very similar in their high-reward potential. Have both in the portfolio is the best option. But at the moment, RRL has it all to do. At circa £45mln, this is looking the better of the two for the patient investor.

Getting to that time as we do with all AIM shares....sell ahead of the news as most SPs always fall on the news day or hold and hope this will motor on? I have too many to sell so my choice is pretty limited and I guess I'll stick with them.

You have to go off what we know.

Good flow rates from Texas, confirmed recently.

The rates are expected to materially increase when fraccing and comingling is completed shortly.

Partners have bought a lot of extra land in Texas.

The partners are drilling a second appraisal well and many more on the project.

Informal feedback noted that the Texas project is expected to provde very material revenues.

10p? ...nice to dream but 7p is more likely. Possibly more if the oil figs surprise us to the upside. Crucial thing for all of us to keep in mind is these figures will give the analysts some real meaty info for them to update recommendations/notes.

Wave of buying just keeps coming. 14 mill traded ,just on the lse. up 17% and a nice43 buy of 200K at 5.49p :)

Well tomorrow they pubish the Texas Reserves Report. Likely to be at midnight tonight, so next time we get to trade is when the news is out and if positive the MMs will likely mark us up from the off. So its decision time.

i wonder if we truly are having the rockhopper effect or is all of this due to expectation of the report tonight?

i really hope it is the RKH effect as that will give us more gains tomorrow.
