“As a result, the debt restructuring will not proceed on the terms announced on 18 March 2019. The total current outstanding balance payable to LandOcean is approximately US$91 million. This balance includes a US$20 million convertible note which is due for repayment at maturity on 28 November 2019 (as notified on 31 October 2016). The Company continues its negotiations with LandOcean to agree revised terms for the outstanding payable balance, including the convertible note. The Company is also actively reviewing other transaction opportunities and will notify the market as and when appropriate.

SkinDon't forget the not inconsiderable interest which is many times the market cap.Note how ch is straight back to his ramping ways commenting on trades above the ask, I suggest he gets a proper monitor as there are no trades above the ask....let's hope Gordon is watching these boards and can see the ramper in action for himself.....

Range now need to restructure the debt eh CH? Fat chance!
I'd put your feeble efforts into restructuring your own debts first.

I don't see ordinary shareholders like us getting our money back in any other way than for the company to turn the business around which would be a monumental achievement, given where we are.

If we get good news next week, CH, I would be very surprised. What was bopd last quarter? Something like 486, when even Landau was hitting 4X that.

If Lubing (our COO) cannot get 2000 bopd quickly, BOD must immediately try to secure someone who can. Someone who can lead and instill confidence in our crews out in Trinidad. If we do not get production figures north of 700 this calendar year and confirmation that all the sieve holes in our system have been mended, cannot see any future for Range. Beach Marcelle looks like great acreage, Perlak looked a cert. But neither has produced satisfactory returns, and excuses look lame.

Think they have to bring back Q & A, continue to tell whole truth like I think they have been for last year or so, stay focussed, listen to shareholders who often have huge knowledge of what is possible for Range to achieve and how they might achieve it.

Morning Celtic I hope we can get some good posts on this company for a change BUT that will only come with more NEWS!!! I will say this you have taken a lot stick on these boards over the years and I do not go along with that lts only the management running this company that I blame. Let's see how this is going to play over the next few days.

Totally agree, Ken. There have been virtually no posts about Range since March 16th if you ignore troll posts aimed at one shareholder. It is very sick and menacing at times, and the troll presents in a way very familiar to those with any medical knowledge. Very much hope he gets some of his demons sorted soon. Meanwhile, I think all shareholders will keep him filleted for some time yet.

Should be some healthier boards over next few weeks. One hopeful sign this morning is first trade was a buy at full ask. Not sure any chance of the 4 X that I am hoping for, but will get excited if we finish week over 1/30th of a penny!!! Old man I am - and very easily excited.
