Don't worry ken, there won't be another suspension the next time range stops trading that will be the final time.The only re-financing available is via LO and they haven't got their kindergarten, I hear because the first 2 applicants were celticheart07 and pet troll, and there was no profit teaching those clowns.They owe 20m plus interest due by end of November, LO have control now rangechave no way of financing 20m.....it's game over What's not to like......

Must admit I have a lot on filter here as there a lot with a agenda in attacking a fellow holder here and I do not go along with that and it is news that will make me stay or go.Nothing else!!!

Bullet Point One: We have negotiated with a Chinese pre-education business.
Bullet Point 2; No agreement there
BP 3: We have lost our lead singer and only female member of BOD, Kiki Dee
BP 4: Errr!! That's about it.

Morning Lewis, it seems we didn't achieve very much during this period of non trading but can't say I am sorry we are not going into the pre-school business.Lets see what progress, if any, we have made with our oil business at the next quarterlies. Ignore troll and his personal vendetta, just a very sad, sick man.

Good morning, all shareholders. Be very interesting to see how Range reacts today after this long period of silence. Quarterlies due next Wednesday.

Oil up at $56.40. Should be some interesting posts today. Just remember to try and ignore or filter the troll - he seems to have a 7 year agenda which is not good for any shareholder's health and wellbeing.

Well at least we won't get any more infantile comments about kindergartens. The bad news of course is we still have to restructure our debt. Will be interesting to see what Gordon Bowden throws up regarding LandOcean as they really do not deserve the money we owe them, certainly not by results.

COMPANY UPDATE

Range, an international company with oil and gas projects and oilfield service businesses in Trinidad and Indonesia, provides an update in relation to the restructuring and acquisition.

As announced on 18 March 2019, the Company entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire an interest in a pre-school educational business operating in China. Following completion of due diligence, the Company was working to agree mutually acceptable binding terms for the acquisition. Despite continued efforts, the parties were not able to agree terms that the Board believes would be in the best interest of the Company’s shareholders. Therefore, the Board has made a decision to terminate any further negotiations in relation to the proposed acquisition with immediate effect.

The proposed debt restructuring agreements with LandOcean Energy Services Co., Ltd. ("LandOcean") were conditional (amongst other matters) on the Company completing this acquisition. As a result, the debt restructuring will not proceed on the terms announced on 18 March 2019. The total current outstanding balance payable to LandOcean is approximately US$91 million. This balance includes a US$20 million convertible note which is due for repayment at maturity on 28 November 2019 (as notified on 31 October 2016). The Company continues its negotiations with LandOcean to agree revised terms for the outstanding payable balance, including the convertible note. The Company is also actively reviewing other transaction opportunities and will notify the market as and when appropriate.

As the previously proposed acquisition (which would have constituted a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules) will no longer proceed, the Company’s shares are expected to resume trading on AIM and ASX shortly.
