Good morning, Celtic. Have never been a fan of Ms Wang. Rightly or wrongly, I have believed her to be the lady at AGM in 2014 who wrenched control from the management team who were trying fairly hard to turn Range round after Landau.

She has certainly taken a whack of salary ever since - and has seemed to achieve very little for Range. So no bunch of flowers from me. I have to say that my hopes in Lubing Liu have also proved groundless so far. Big plans - nothing happened after 15 months in job in Trinidad. He is still COO!!!

I've heard he was struggling to fund his second month upgrade at advfn and has had to do some night shifts, can't be too many workers at their ages doing a tough night shift....mind you no more than the pair of them deserve...

Anyone any ideas on quarterly production numbers ....judging from the past few quarters production has been dropping 70-80 bopd, but with production so low it isn't feasible to expect that drop this time.I expect bopd to be around 450 which helps to increase their huge losses......win win for ALL of us who have called this spot on......

All this lady has done is what you are doing - trying to pretend they know nothing about the scam that has been going on.

It’s clear she doesn’t like the next RNS that is going to be released and Gordon’s investigations and has done a runner.

I have to say that this does seem to be a little harsh on Abraham as the reason their holding has dropped below 8% is dilution not that they have disposed of any shares.

DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

The Company wishes to advise that Ms Juan (Kiki) Wang has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms Wang was appointed to the Board of the Company in 2014 as a nominee of Abraham Ltd (“Abraham̶1;), pursuant to Abraham’s contractual right to appoint up to two Non-Executive Directors to the Board as part of its investment in Range in 2014, as long as it holds 8% or more of the Company’s shares on issue (as announced on 15 May 2014). As Abraham’s shareholding in the Company is currently below 8%, it no longer has the right to have any nominee Directors on the Board of the Company.

The Company wishes to thank Ms Wang for her contribution to the Company and wish her every success in her future endeavours.

7,500,000 Unlisted Options previously issued to Ms Wang exercisable on or before 30 March 2020 at £0.010 per Option have been cancelled.
