These are, without doubt, the most annoying shares I own! Back down in the 6's now....when will they start to perform as all the experts say they will? £8 looks very unlikely....

Rise from the recent low is five waves - suggests it's motiv rather than corrective

Well I guess I shouldn't moan Shell rises on a 3% Brent crash amd a refinery on fire and Rand falls with gold in territory it has only known for a handful of days this year.

Guess the stable door to the Rand horse must be bolted.

Finally broken the 1270 resistance and still Rand is slumbering.

A coiled spring that might take note one day maybe.

Rising on a lacklustre day for gold so far. But a bit of catch up probably justified because of it's lack of interest in gold's rise last week.

Anybody else notice that the third gold spike of the year that is forming is almost identical to the previous two right down to the stages where it had paused for a while.

I guess chartists will assume it is headed the same way and be tempted to sell soon if it continues to pan out the same.

Here we go,seven months into the Trump presidency and at last top Republicans have intimated the 'Border adjustment tax' is a no-goer.

Can only see the dollar falling further from here.

Ok earnings season is boom-time in the US,but where is the money coming from for Trump's big personal tax give away to the US tax-payers,he promised?

Where's the money for big infra-structure spending in the US?

The big military spending, and on Vets he promised?

The BIG WALL!!

Who's paying?

The fiscal deficit is climbing and Congress is not going to allow unfunded expenditure.Watch that gold price climb.

Slow,slow,quick,quick,slow.

Case of gold crying wolf too often and I say that as a Randgold share holder. Two rallies above $1260 this year, both held for a matter of days only. The two previous rallies heralded a Rand price of over £75 but third time around the Market isn't buying it.

Who knows, third time lucky....God knows.
