23/11/2020 12:31 | Eh? The Companies Act 2006 prohibits the Company from issuing shares at a price below their nominal value. As the price at which the Placing Shares are proposed to be issued is below the current nominal value of 1 pence per ordinary share, it is proposed that the share capital of the Company be sub-divided by each existing ordinary share of 1 pence each ("Existing Ordinary Shares") being divided into one new ordinary share of 0.01 pence each ("New Ordinary Share") and one deferred share of 0.99 pence each ("Deferred Share") (altogether "Share Capital Reorganisation"). The Deferred Shares will have limited rights and will effectively carry no value. The Share Capital Reorganisation will not change the number of shares held by an existing shareholder of the Company, just the nominal value of each share | excellance

20/11/2020 16:22 | well, for what its worth i've added quite a few today, way more than i had when this was above a penny. At 0.24p i think this now looks like reasonable value, considering the refinancing, loans paid off, rise in the price of copper, and the production numbers we managed coming into this year. my last sale of these was about 1.2p i think so buying in for a fifth seems good value. | excellance
20/11/2020 15:04 | Ex Shanta Gold CEO Toby Bradbury is a high calibre appointment, quite a coup for Rambler. So yes this was previously trading at £32m with £6.5m of debt last Nov. Will now be trading at circa £16m fully diluted wuth no debt so theres a differential straight away, 0.45-0.50 short term is where it'll gravitate to but with Bradbury at the helm It won't be stopping there. The guy is a seriously accomplished trouble shooter, sooner or later this goes past 1p and keeps going. Copper +3.04% | tradedesk1
20/11/2020 12:09 | You could try an audacious average down, or a speculative switch to CHF which is also a copper/gold minnow, but their management team are unsalaried and heavily invested, and they are high credibility people too! Best wishes to you. | excellance
20/11/2020 12:00 | ex, which is what I said earlier and copper racing away at $3.26 they should be rolling in cash., just wish I sold all when covid struck instead of 60% as 5k down right now with little chance of getting it back. O well that's life. | cinoib

16/11/2020 11:05 | I'm as bullish as the n Dr man as far as copper is concerned. Many of us here have been in and out of RMM over the years. Unfortunately they've always struggled to keep their production costs under control. Now there's a clean slate and a renewed focus I'm certain the current valuation presents an opportunity for investors, but RMM have everything to prove as far as being a profitable company is concerned | the deacon
16/11/2020 10:54 | Copper is a major component in EVs used in electric motors, batteries, inverters, wiring and in charging stations. A pure electric vehicle can contain more than a mile of copper wiring in its stator windings. The increasing demand will significantly impact the copper market. | ic0gcds00

16/11/2020 09:11 | Ex, have Rambler renegotiated the Sandstorm stream, or are Sandstorm still having a big chunk of gold production for free every quarter? | the deacon
16/11/2020 09:10 | They left because nobody was interested on the Canadian exchange. All the liquidity was in London, so it was a cost cutting exercise. | the deacon
16/11/2020 09:09 | I know, maybe that's why they left so they could dilute us to oblivion. | bsg
