26/5/2013 09:28 | Oh, forgot to mention, this change will not affect the posting of ADVFN links. Viz: as opposed to the now non-clickable http://www.ramvision | steddieddie
26/5/2013 09:04 | FYI...it appears that ADVFN, in their wisdom, have removed the ability to post html from non-subscribers or in other words, those of us with black usernames. What that means in practice is that the header can no longer be updated - if I tried to edit it, all the format and special html features would be lost. I think their action is also likely to affect the previously "clickable" nature of links posted in the normal way by non-subscribers. | steddieddie
24/5/2013 15:26 | well, small buys are having an impact on online quotes ...that 25,000 buy [ie, £1k] has nudged the online offer from 4.1p to 4.2p. If ever we get to a situation of any sustained buying, the share price could move quite significantly. | ![]() northwards
24/5/2013 13:23 | And not before time... Lets hope one or two new investors start believing in the story.... only needs a couple to get the share price moving and more will follow..... Just need something to illustrate the turnaround ! "T" | ![]() t-raider
24/5/2013 13:20 | I would say that you are correct northwards, this now should be the start of a new direction for Ram. Funding in place for the next few years, new directors will now show us what they have been up to, i think that this is the start of some thing big. | ![]() cgod
24/5/2013 13:12 | Just need to get him out of TXO now as well. | ih_318421
24/5/2013 09:37 | interesting timing ... I just wonder whether we have some substantive news imminent and other major shareholders demanded TB withdraw this to avoid distraction/create a clean sheet... | ![]() northwards
24/5/2013 08:40 | GOOD The board can get on with the job rather than wasting time. One question is what payment is TB GETTING for going. Onwards with a few RNSES would start. | ![]() genises
24/5/2013 08:25 | Good news I would say, all round. | ![]() yorgi
24/5/2013 08:15 | Well thats a turn around then, Tim has gone. | ![]() cgod
24/5/2013 08:14 | Well... withdrawal of AGM motion... gets that distraction out of the way. Now onwards and upward hopefully ! "T" | ![]() t-raider
24/5/2013 05:51 | We will get good news before the AGM, i am sure of it. | ![]() cgod
23/5/2013 19:52 | I think the shareholders will be persuaded to vote for the new management if suddenly we see news before the vote. | ![]() genises
23/5/2013 19:17 | The key thing to discover is who TCA are backing. They will be shareholders on 4 Jun when they are issued their fee shares. It is quite suspicious that TB was forced out as Chairman before the deal and then ousted completely afterwards. It may be that one of the conditions TCA put on the deal that he go. If this is the case TB coming back may well undo the deal and that would be the death of RAM. TB has never managed to raise much cash other than dribs and drabs to keep paying his fees and the company admin expenses. The last placing he made it look as though it was not badly undersubscribed by doing the paper swap with Alpha Prospects. TB is a director there and owns about 20% of it. AP is Plus Market listed and appears to have a market cap of over £6m but there is no market in the shares apart from the directors occasionally bed a SIPPing their shares. It is out of cash and the only asset they have that might be worth something are the RAM shares. AP were recently forced to retract a misleading statement they made about TXO's Tasmania project, TXO were forced to make their own retraction last week as well - a very bad week for poor old Tim. He may well be seeing his empire crumbling before his eyes and be grasping at any straw he has to avoid having to crawl back to his little investment boutique, which I am yet to find anyone who says they ever made any money from the investments he peddled (I have heard from a few people who have lost considerable sums). I can't see how instigating a public boardroom blood letting spectacle is going to help TB or enhance the value of his RAM holding. Normally to re-elect a director all that is needed is 50%, I am not sure what the rules are in this circumstance. If you intend to hold and ride out this storm then I recommend you check with whoever you hold your shares through that you will be able to vote. I know TDdirectinvesting provide an excellent service in this regard - I regularly vote my 1 TXO share against all TB's motions LOL. I also know that others do not offer quite such a good service. With TB's holding here in its various forms (ie including Alpha Prospects) the board will need a lot of support from PIs if it is only 50% of the votes cast that TB needs. A lot of this is pure guess work, I do not hold RAM so I don't care, but I have been embroiled in similar matters before. Wait for the Meeting to be formally announced, if the announcement does not give you the info you need to make a properly informed decision, then ask for clarification copying in the NOMAD. So no one is misled I am also known as Drunken Sailor. I fell out with Tim a long time ago when he misled the market and when I complained he just threatened me with his lawyers. I always say Do Your Own Research and make your own decisions, that if nothing else, is always very good advice. | ih_318421

22/5/2013 07:06 | Bonovox4, we are not having an EGM its all going on at the AGM after the results, not good for share holders, but lets hope some good comes of it. we are all locked in any way. unless we sell at silly money. | ![]() cgod |
