As I suggested yesterday, the new Chair is effectively a Ruffer appointee.

I think TB has too much skin in the game to be a distressed seller ... feels like there is a big strategic disagreement over the direction of the business.

As has been intimated, the new Chair/RP may now be encouraged to show their hand as to what has been going on behind the scenes ...

HSI is nearer 13% after the recent issue of new shares.

TB presides over Alpha Prospects also (7%)... and is pals with John Mckeon ( Old Church StreetHoldings )- 2%

Gives him about 22% straight off.

Ruffer have about 18%.... its the holder(s) of the new shares that might make the difference ( and they only just got them.... from RP ).

All a unwanted distraction never the less imo.

This might push RP's hand in to showing us what progress has \ is being made !!

If its good, then he would likely get the majority and as as you say Yorgi, TB's tenure can hardly be considered a success.

What he does with all his holding might be a concern though.

Well yesterdays RNS was somewhat blunt and to the point.......I didn't think it was a happy parting of the waves and surely todays RNS rather confirms that if I read it right.

I have to say having followed RAM for some time and was in for some time as well to my cost but not as much as if I had stayed. All TB seems to have done is preside over failure with promise that has not materialised.
