Continuing to clear the decks... nothing more to say really.

Let's hope they are a better run company for it....

If they can still raise funds through the issue of equity and borrow funds, then some must think they can come up with the goods sooner or later.

Not the announcement of progress we want \ need, but functional...... still waiting....

I see the chinese are targeting Asia for some of the billion pound contracts.
lets hope we get some of the work.
In the mean time it has been several months since we have had an update.
Must be waiting for the ink to dry.

Hi cgod... RAM was never going to be a fast turn around ( not kidding there ) and I think Richard Prosser is more cautious and less taken to fads, than the likes of TB.

The timeframe for news, never fits in to the schedule of us investors and it never comes soon enough.

Trade volumes are appalling and as the MM's got some stock recently, any sales will see the share price leak.

Yet we know, if news comes and it's worthwhile, we'll move very very fast.

LIKE all companies news seems to take longer to come out than expected.
Bit like ADI and its reverse take over.

Gen - that agreement took place over 18 months ago and we haven't had a squeak since bearing in mind it only lasts for 4 years. Why the confidence all of a sudden?

CET deals with many companies.

Yes RAM do have a smaller piece of the pie, but their chances of getting the bigger deals is exponentially greater as part of CET.Its widely believed that the first contracts signed with TFX will open the flood gates for more contracts (especially as legislation creeps closer to enforcement) and they'd need CET behind them then !Just need that first contract."T"

Genises - if it is TrainFX first it is worth remembering the following :

Under the terms of the Heads of Agreement, CET will subscribe GBP500,000 in cash for shares in a new company to be established as the joint venture company ("Newco"). Ram will transfer part of the business and assets of TrainFX into Newco in exchange for a 30% interest in Newco plus GBP33,000 in cash. In addition, Ram will receive a royalty of 5% of Newco sales in the UK, 1% of sales in China, and 2% of sales to the rest of the world for a period of four years of the date of the transaction.
As part of the agreement, CET will use all reasonable endeavours and act in good faith to provide RAM with full access to its contracts on the digital out of home and transit media market in China and the rest of the World, with a view to promoting RAM as its preferred partner in relation to digital media products. RAM currently operates media advertising and sales activities in the UK digital out of home market and is the largest Shopping Mall landscape screen provider broadcasting to an annual footfall of over 650m.

I could very well be wrong here but from where I am standing TrainFX is now part of Newco that we own just 30% of? A £1Million contract is in essence equivalent to £300,000 to us? Did we actually sell part of the business and 70% of TrainFX to CET for a half million quid?

Hi cgod... Just moved house so not looked in for a couple of days.All progressing as far as I know, but RAM work to their own timeframes as we're finding out.Still cautiously optimistic.No broadband yet... Were there sells yesterday ? How big ? 3 or 4 T trades were opened when we started moving a couple of weeks back so probably closed out."T"
