Bonio... Not sure of the context of your comment, but even current management would admit a number of poor decisions have been made in the past, but they now believe they have positioned the company for progress. Its been a long time coming and still needs to be proved though...They still need support from the market to to ensure refinancing of sorts I believe... Hopefully they have this. The stream jv... Who knows... Doubt it will be in the manner they originally intended mind."T"

I normally just post on the other Baldwin disaster TXO and came to see what the reaction is to you getting rid of him as chairman. I do hope it works out for you - it can't get much worse!

I noted also the comments on Alpha Prospects. This is another Baldwin company. There was a paper swap a while back which is how Alpha prospects - which is 20% owned by Tim have their stake in RAM (no cash ever changes hands in these deals).

The Tasmania Oil and Gas thing is a complete charade. The minister refused the extension to their licence back in Aug, they are appealing that decision whilst trying to pretend they have been granted the extension and it is MRT appealing against them, what a farce!

The last TXO placing was well undersubcribed netting less than half of what was needed.

Hopefully now you have gotten rid of Tim as chairman you do now stand a chance of raising the money you need to survive.

Monday would be excellent timing for an update, now that the spread has tightend and it's baring more resemblance to the real spread.

I've two good things happening on Monday already, so RAM could make it a hat trick !!!

Hi cgod... You're right... I'd prefer the MMs quoted a spread more indicative to the actual bid / offer, even if it does mean a red day.

A casual observer would might have been put off by 6p offer.... maybe 5.3 is a little more appealing...

Maybe not today.... but soon..... :o)

Could be a red day, MMs have closed the price up, about time, should be 4.6p - 5.3p. would be good to get some trading going.

The opposite as well if alpha believes their investment in Ram are going to add value then we must be in for some good news.
Most CEOs Aim companies keep their large stake holders up to date on whats happening in the company they have invested in.??Interesting times ahead.

Bonovox4 investment.
May be the last to buy at under 5p.

Evening Genises...

Taken from the Alpha Prospects results today I see....

Well if Alpha start to do well, the shares we hold in them will also start to add value ( which would be a nice bonus ).

Makes the timing of yesterday's director changes a little more interesting... maybe TB had to get out of the picture ( conflict of interest ? ), before something interesting happens ?

Although the MM's did acquire some stock, it really won't take much to move them once other investors buy in to the turnaround story. Just need that catalyst....

looks like another chairman is expecting good news from his investments

The Company currently holds five investments, the latest of which was acquired after the end of the period. The five investments are Activity Energy Group plc, Coleridge Resources Inc., Hill Street Investments Plc, Ram Active Media plc and Tasmania Oil and Gas Limited.

Chairman's Statement

In the past year the Board has acquired a range of assets across a variety of sectors and we are optimistic that in the current reporting period shareholders will see some positive developments from these investments
