There is only one possible exit strategy for TB and that is for RAM to be taken out. He hasn't a hope of selling the ammount he has in the market.

Alpha Prospects and Hill Street ( both TB entities )owned approximately 26% of RAM shares in the market, prior to the recent issue of more shares... now nearer 20%.

Maybe no love lost between TB and RP, I don't know... or maybe just TB busy with Alpha now and cost savings to be made.

Doubt he'll be selling at these prices anyhow....

I believe he does Genesis but it hard to see that he has done anything other than oversee an pretty much an annihilation of the share price with little sign of progress under his stewardship.

As I commented earlier the RNS is very blunt, no thank you or nothing about moving onto other projects.......so rightly or wrongly I see it as whoever's decision it was RAM are happy with his departure. I could of course have the complete wrong end of the stick

Another cut in overheads at least....

I wonder if RP will look at all those Alpha Prospects shares we hold (non core asset) now and consider a disposal or even a swap of shares back ?

Would be nice potentially, to get some RAM shares cancelled off the back of a return of RAM stock from Alpha.... merely thinking out loud....

Quite some funding deal (£5m) for a company of only £2m market cap.

Anyyone have the real spread at the moment... mightbe tempted with some more at under 4p.

I have to say i missed that Bonovox4, was not worded very well. Genises, yes clearing the decks and putting the building blocks in place, this is now going to take off. News to start flowing.

cats must be close to being let out of the bag me thinks.

Any large contracts the company would need to show they have finance in place to completing the first stage before payment.
Will the share price still be at 4p by year end .Doubt it.

Surprised nobody has latched onto this bit of news today. A £5Million facility available for a £2Million company to be issued at the discretion of the company and at 95% of the prevailing price? Impressive and something pretty big is afoot me thinks.

The Company has also entered into a committed equity facility with TCA which provides for the TCA to subscribe for up to GBP5 million of ordinary shares of the Company over a term of three years. The timing and amount of advances under the committed equity facility are at the Company's discretion. Shares subscribed for by TCA under the Committed Equity Facility are priced at 95% of the prevailing market price during a 5-day pricing period immediately following an advance notice. The proceeds of any shares issued pursuant to the committed equity facility are to be applied first towards any sums outstanding under the Loan Agreement and then for the general corporate purposes of the Company.

Surprised this didn't come with some comment from the new Chairman to give context; given this is his 1st major deal in his new capacity, that is surprising.
