15/5/2013 11:29 | Will we get a 3rd consecutive afternoon RNS...? Maybe one with some share price impacting detail ? ( Good news hopefully of course.... ) "T" | ![]() t-raider
15/5/2013 06:49 | Morning Gen... I think most people would see a return to 10p - 15p as a success right now. That's my first target and then we'll see where we go from there !So plenty of corporate goings on... Now lets see how the business is developing...Cheers" | ![]() t-raider
14/5/2013 17:06 | This year.??? 40p min or old share price 4p | ![]() genises

14/5/2013 15:18 | Bon - I suspect that is the game plan...and that is what the new Chair will strive to achieve. | ![]() northwards
14/5/2013 15:10 | There is only one possible exit strategy for TB and that is for RAM to be taken out. He hasn't a hope of selling the ammount he has in the market. | ![]() bonovox4
14/5/2013 15:00 | Alpha Prospects and Hill Street ( both TB entities )owned approximately 26% of RAM shares in the market, prior to the recent issue of more shares... now nearer 20%. Maybe no love lost between TB and RP, I don't know... or maybe just TB busy with Alpha now and cost savings to be made. Doubt he'll be selling at these prices anyhow.... "T" | ![]() t-raider
14/5/2013 14:57 | I believe he does Genesis but it hard to see that he has done anything other than oversee an pretty much an annihilation of the share price with little sign of progress under his stewardship. As I commented earlier the RNS is very blunt, no thank you or nothing about moving onto other projects.......so rightly or wrongly I see it as whoever's decision it was RAM are happy with his departure. I could of course have the complete wrong end of the stick | ![]() yorgi
14/5/2013 14:52 | shame the directors cant buy at the moment. | ![]() genises
14/5/2013 14:50 | yorgi doesn't Tim have a substantial holding. Quick exit may be there is no need of his services any more. | ![]() genises
14/5/2013 14:49 | Good or bad I don't see TB's removal as bad I regret to say. | ![]() yorgi
14/5/2013 14:47 | Another cut in overheads at least.... I wonder if RP will look at all those Alpha Prospects shares we hold (non core asset) now and consider a disposal or even a swap of shares back ? Would be nice potentially, to get some RAM shares cancelled off the back of a return of RAM stock from Alpha.... merely thinking out loud.... Cheers "T" | ![]() t-raider
14/5/2013 14:42 | Good or Bad? | ![]() cgod
14/5/2013 14:36 | yep, the new Chair is a Ruffer guy and they are keen to protect/grow their investment ...no bad thing. | ![]() northwards
14/5/2013 14:20 | Very matter of fact.....No nice words thanking him for his contribution ! | ![]() yorgi
14/5/2013 14:17 | Well, well, well..... clearing the decks indeed. No more Tim Baldwin on the BoD ! "T" | ![]() t-raider
14/5/2013 14:17 | I see TB is no longer a member of the board. | ![]() bonovox4
14/5/2013 08:09 | Quite some funding deal (£5m) for a company of only £2m market cap. Anyyone have the real spread at the moment... mightbe tempted with some more at under 4p. Cheers "T" | ![]() t-raider
14/5/2013 07:15 | I have to say i missed that Bonovox4, was not worded very well. Genises, yes clearing the decks and putting the building blocks in place, this is now going to take off. News to start flowing. | ![]() cgod
13/5/2013 23:02 | something pretty big is afoot me thinks cats must be close to being let out of the bag me thinks. Any large contracts the company would need to show they have finance in place to completing the first stage before payment. Will the share price still be at 4p by year end .Doubt it. | ![]() genises
13/5/2013 22:36 | Surprised nobody has latched onto this bit of news today. A £5Million facility available for a £2Million company to be issued at the discretion of the company and at 95% of the prevailing price? Impressive and something pretty big is afoot me thinks. The Company has also entered into a committed equity facility with TCA which provides for the TCA to subscribe for up to GBP5 million of ordinary shares of the Company over a term of three years. The timing and amount of advances under the committed equity facility are at the Company's discretion. Shares subscribed for by TCA under the Committed Equity Facility are priced at 95% of the prevailing market price during a 5-day pricing period immediately following an advance notice. The proceeds of any shares issued pursuant to the committed equity facility are to be applied first towards any sums outstanding under the Loan Agreement and then for the general corporate purposes of the Company. | ![]() bonovox4
13/5/2013 15:00 | Oh look, surprise surprise. Still nothing worthwhile being done by this shambles of a company. They can't even proof read announcemounts- The Loan Agreement provides the Company will a £2,000,000 revolving facility | ![]() cudman
13/5/2013 13:06 | Let's hope he's getting all the functional and administrative stuff out the way....... ready for the GOOD NEWS ! Cos its been a helluva long time coming ! "T" | ![]() t-raider
13/5/2013 12:06 | Surprised this didn't come with some comment from the new Chairman to give context; given this is his 1st major deal in his new capacity, that is surprising. | ![]() northwards |
