I think share price will rise a little as it's now very cheap. But I can't see any significant increase for sometime yet in my humble opinionNew CEO will help investor confidence and if they are a good one will learn from the mistakes.QP aren't the first young company to make a mistake, hopefully they learn from it

Correction to previous, Chris Rigg was appointed as Group Strategic Director in November 2015, after the company acquisition of Nupharma and others.

I am suffering just like so many holders or ex-holders, however to be fair to the Acting CEO he was only taken on as the CFO in March this year so can't be blamed for the bad purchase last year, nor the too optimistic sales figures put against the new product launches which together have taken down the share price today.

Fortunately we are still profitable, we have debt, we are developing new products, we just need to ensure they are what the customers want and have big enough prospects before spending time and money on them.

Looking for adjusted (pre-share based payments, amortisation of acquisitions, one-timers) £7-£8m PAT next year with the closure of the unit and the benefit of the products launched this year and next

It's good news in a sense. They got rid of a underperforming company and also the chimp who decided it was a good idea. Think Sir Fred and RBS but with a potentially much happier ending.

On the plus side, other areas of the business seems to be doing well. They are also looking for a new CEO, hopefully one who can deliver and with better judgement. Not one who acts like a child with too much pocket money going doo- lally in the sweet shop. Thirdly, I hope they learn from this huge acquisition fekk up and become a stronger and wiser company.

I'm going to keep the shares a bit longer FW. See what I can recoup. But why but a company one year ago and then shut it down? Clearly the mgt can't think 5 minutes in front of them. Was any significant risk analysis done on this purchase? Or have they just went mad with all the new (shareholders) money floating around?
