Seems a better time to add / buy than during last years over excitement on these boards. TA and respected FM group buying provide better confidence this time around.

As I said I am far from convinced here, the cash flow is a big concern. I took a small holding at 64p but I am not tempted to add yet.

modform: No problem. It came up on a stock screener that I am testing. The screener is just a test at present. What I like about QP. are:-

- Increasing turnover year on year, without exception
- Good forward looking statements
- Reasonably good ROCE
- Dividend paying
- Decent institutions onboard and for which I can see Slater increasing his stake further.

Coupled with a low spread (it was when i picked some up).

The cashflow is a worry, but alas it is R&D costs. I can see it pulling back some and hopefully a gradual ascent.

Not aim at you mrx, just a general comment, because I don't understand those who just buy shares on the basis of a fund manager taking a position in a stock.So many wouldn't sell LAKE because of Slater, although the chart looked like a waterfall. The most ridiculous comment I have heard, if it's good enough for Slater, it's good enough for me.Mrx, On QP. do you have any concern about cash flow and margin erosion . I like to hear your thought on what made you take a position here.

If your aim is to follow Slater, why don't you just get the stress out of trading and buy his unit trust.

I bought a very small holding at 64p last Thursday, but I am not fully convinced to add more yet

Huge 'gap' to fill ---> 110p , IMHO.

Steady news stream and release of new products and it might just get back to the olde highs!

Are they running out of stock? Just tried the final 3k purchase as I'm thinking 'Mr 10k' might lift the share price over 70p....got the dreaded orange light- would only let me buy 1500 quids worth...

In for another 1700 quid. One more lot of 3k then I'm done. Takes my tally to 20k - probably peanuts to some of the heavy hitters on here!

Happy to pick up in small amounts whilst the share price is under 70p...just had another little nibble @ 66.3p showing as a sell.

Looks like like Slater has doubled his stake which is a good sign IMO. I hold along with my baby son's ISA so plenty of time to recover from the £1+ buys ;)
