It might take a while for this to find its feet again even if it rises on expectation of the divi and the CEO news. Good chance it will fall back. One for traders short term and patient otherwise.

If the market takes a hit it will show here given the debt.

Spot on buster imho, they need to sort out the balance sheet and a raise below 30p would be the best way to be sure it gets the cash. I can't seeing happening higher than todays price. Even 30p runs the risk of not achieving good commitment imho.
