The Ex FD Martin Such held 943916 shares in QP..which may have increased between update notifications on the QP Shareholder website...So a strong possibility he has now sold out...Good news if he has as the overhang of shares will have substantially reduced.

I don't think that clears his holding does it ? They don't have to reveal the identity of buyer as under 3%

A 1,182,975 buy at 16:10 ..This figure may now take out the Share stake of QP's ex Finance Director... But who bought this? and is it part of a stake-building exercise..

Glad some of us are upbeat rose and not expecting the impossible in this climate!

I know how options work Rose, I would rather see the exercise price between 150-200, then they'd have to pull their fingers out:)

paleje For the Options to have real value at end of Jan 18th Results.. they would really need to be substantially above the 100p issue price... It is of little value to the holder of the options if you are paying 100p to exercise an option worth 100p... There thinking should I believe be that the share price will be nearer to 150p - 200p to make some real money or even higher...

I still have this thought that a stake builder is operating discreetly in the background ... and therefore might reach the 100p soone rather than later..

It may be a token gesture but they can only do much at this time.
The stock market is a harsh place at the moment for any firms at present.

IMO

This is very positive..and with an exercise Price of the Options at 100p the incentive to succeed and create shareholder value and move the share price upwards to and beyond 100p is now in place...

Quantum Pharma Plc (AIM: QP.), the growing, service-led niche pharmaceutical manufacturer, developer and supplier to the health and care sectors, received notifications on 10 March 2016 that Andrew Scaife, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 37,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68 pence per share and Chris Rigg, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 66 pence per share.

Additionally, Quantum announces that on 10 March 2016, it granted options over 500,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 100 pence in accordance with the rules of the Quantum Long Term Incentive Plan 2014.

He will be dumping them in the market so share price will be stagnant until he is done
