I suppose we should tolerate these unfortunates as they have nothing better in their lives and get their kicks by being a nuisance to serious investors. They are sad characters who need to get a life rather than pollute the internet with their childish posts.

Unfortunately Bb you are very right and it has been this way for years now. I have petitioned ADVFN to move to a paid service but they refuse to do anything to moderate these boards. That's why so many unpaid trolls live on ADVFN. They pollute private investors interest. And my apologies for fighting them as I have first hand experience of the nastiness they deliberately encite.

ADVFN seems to have developed into a sounding off board for all the cranks and nonentities who argue the toss rather than concentrate on discussions concerning investments. As such there seems little point in accessing these boards which have ceased to have any relevance to serious punters. Get your act together ADVFN and rid yourself of these boring fools.
