FG re-iterated “fully funded” till end of 2022.
JS still holds 17.5m
If we create revenue from mining in the next 11months, it won’t be an issue, that is what FG is banking on, early success via RnD, else we have £2m. If RnD on AI and early mining has to be a success. Secondly, 8-12 BTC a month would be a grt start for a £25m company in this sector. If FG/ Expert claim we can be fastest on the planet, we cannot be far off to be fast even if 2nd...
If the share price gushed to 20-30p on major new greener mining developments and deliveries a raise would be perfectly fine. Sorted, not losing any sleep over funding.

I think Nasdaq in Q3-Q4 is a possibility, nothing is off the table, it’s a natural course in a company’s progression in this sector according to FG, a bit like ARGO announcement. Again a raise on the back of this news would be amazing. Key difference is we don’t need to capital fund $400m into miner rigs hardware, which is not the way to go forward. We are doing the opposite.

FG is all about independance and knowledge intensive approach towards mining faster and efficiently. Smarter miner strategy. Could raise cash with US investors for Blockchain projects for 2023 through Nasdaq listing. Successful Mining has to happen first, to show real credibility of RnD team.

Fig, was going to top up again but wondered what your view was in respect of current cash reserves. We had over a £1m in the bank mid way last year and have received a further C£1.6 from warrants. With cash burn no doubt increasing with an increased headcount I would have expected we've probably gone through half of that by now. No g'tee from litigation payouts so are we heading for another cash call within 6 months? Luckily we may have actually mined some coins which would be nice :-)

A 3-3.5p finish would be great next.
Followed next by “closing price’ of 4p, that could signal we could break past recent high of 4.4p and close towards 5p+ following sessions. It is achievable with all the biggest news on our doorstep. Timely with 5p options, next week.

The seeds were sown, the ducks are lined, and game changing news close, BTC bullish, so a 75% chance 5p++ is coming, may happen next week, within February.

BitCoin could hit $50k if it continues. QBT back in the 3’s today but with news expected tfor the first time his could easily be knocking towards 7,8,9,10p now. Such a tiny company this. Minimum 6p!!!
