Dwave’s chip fabrication - The co have “know how” of chip fabrication, chip integration, hardware engineering (DWave’s) of commercial machines, that is what FG could be refering to when mentioning “chip integration with existing commercial machines” and early mining as 1st approach. At least that is how I read into this, with the information at source. There are 2 approach’s to mining success, commencing with an early mining route.

QBT and QBTS (Dwave Quantum Inc’s new symbol = QBTS) confusing, yes.
No idea why Dwave would go with something so identical?
Unless they are (JV deal) followed by take-over deal in the future, as they will be working close together. Else you would choose something different?
Coincidence....QBTS and QBT.

As QBT is using DWaves quantum annealling and states the planned QUIBIT further upgrades in 2022, our relationship with them is just begining in 2022 and a long one at that. Else, why mention DWave Quibit upgrade on their QBT website? when the current Quibits, may already be sufficient? The key purpose of Quibits links to the “no of different variables under each umbrella of a Quibit” i.e. in layman terms: the more no of variables that need processing, more quibits are required.

What would be the purpose in that, ask yourself this, long term future relationship?

Founded in 1999, D-Wave provides real-time, full-stack quantum systems that power hardware engineering, post-processing software and chip fabrication. They find use in sectors ranging from logistics and artificial intelligence to financial modelling and cybersecurity.

In May 2013, a collaboration between NASA, Google and the Universities Space Research Association (USRA) launched a Quantum Artificial Intelligence Lab based on the D-Wave Two 512-qubit quantum computer that would be used for research into machine learning, among other fields of study.[18]

On August 20, 2015, D-Wave Systems announced[19] the general availability of the D-Wave 2X[20] system, a 1000+ qubit quantum computer. This was followed by an announcement[21] on September 28, 2015, that it had been installed at the Quantum Artificial Intelligence Lab at NASA Ames Research Center.

In January 2017, D-Wave released the D-Wave 2000Q and an open source repository containing software tools for quantum annealers. It contains Qbsolv,[22][23][24] which is a piece of open-source software that solves QUBO problems on both company's quantum processors and classic hardware architectures.

As long as BTC remains above $46,300 thresh, that’ll do FG. Anything above is a massive bonus for QBT. With Super-efficient mining results confirmation and a new BTC high would be an extraordinary event, along with patent_2 filing all in the same week.

Chances of all that happening ....?
