I suspect BTC will need to have a rest here between $60K and $65K. I think the prevailing winds will push Bitcoin higher as there isn't any bad news on the horizon. The CCP can't do anymore to Bitcoin now, they already fired all their bullets.

I believe we determined the other company is adequately funded and their experts were both experienced and qualified, and also were not anonymous. Secrecy does not bode well for listed companies IMHO

Isn’t that what Trump did, difference was he never paid any US taxes, used his $1bn+ Casino losses for 2 decades. Plausable believe it not. You can do this. Not ethical for decades though.

On this Fig the claim has been reduced by the court to around €7m but in another RNS it looks like they will be contesting this amount and wouldn’t be surprised if it gets moved up higher..

Also look at the so sushi case and mediation so looks like another old case will be paying up.

CLP bought debt at a massively discounted rate and from what I gather this is used as a tax loss purpose, a poster known as RKBEEKEEPER was very good with showing how this was apportioned, so when we do start making money as a company we have around 30million I think it is to offset against tax, well that’s my take on it. Figures might be out as been a while since looked at this.

The €20million case is against the region that failed to provide the work permits after planing was passed and hence it seems that’s why Mediapolis went into receivership, we have bought this debt of the receivers to pursue at some point or else why buy the debt, unless of course there is some tie in with the land. Who knows how this will play out
