ASIC UltraBoost reduces the Message Schedule calculations for the 3 iterations of SHA256 by approximately 20%.The SHA256 function being a combination of the message schedule and the compression function, when considering the optimisations of ASIC UltraBoost for the entire SHA256 function, the number of operations across the 3 iterations of SHA256 are reduced by approximately 7%.

Cipher Mining is a new Bitcoin mining company. It has a $2 Billion MCAP.
Cipher Mining holds no Bitcoin, it currently doesn't have any rigs to mine for Bitcoin.
It doesn't have a patent filed that if successful could change the whole Bitcoin mining industry.

The ASIC UltraBoost and other yet to be announced chip optimizations could be worth a Kings Ransom.

PP I reduced my CTEA holding - it keeps dropping like a stone and probably needs a significant placing/funds soon - but there is talk of massive contracts so will keep watching - the trouble is that like QBT there are literally a hundred shares on the market that can double over night with the right news and you can’t be in them all!!!
