Quantum’s other assets are shareholdings in a number of investments from the previous strategy, primarily in distressed Italian real estate companies, from which Gardin aims to extract value, much like a vulture fund.

“Gardin is currently engaged in legal proceedings with two investments, with a combined claim of €12m (=Venice Court - SIPIEM case) in compensation for mismanagement, has a legal claim against another €20m on another. (=Bologna Court - MEDIAPOLIS case) A land related claim”

That is a total claim of £27.8m - €32m if successful.
Next hearing is Venice court case: Nov 10th 2021

In both cases, for large mining facilities this optimisation corresponds to significant mining revenues, or saved energy bills, all leading to increased profit. We are very optimistic on the future results of our R&D efforts, as this first patent application has shown.

Cipher Mining is a new Bitcoin mining company. It has a $2 Billion MCAP.
Cipher Mining holds no Bitcoin, it currently doesn't have any rigs to mine for Bitcoin.
It doesn't have a patent filed that if successful could change the whole Bitcoin mining industry.

The ASIC UltraBoost and other yet to be announced chip optimizations could be worth a Kings Ransom.

Personally I don’t know why anyone would get paid to post here - it’s a job I wouldn’t mind having - seriously if people think posting on a BB moves a share price (except perhaps in exceptional circumstances) they are deluded - we should be here to discuss the merits of investing here and not to try to move the share price because only trading volume and RNSs will move a share price imho
