AsicBoost would appear to be a different offering to the one that was mentioned in today's RNS by the firm. the name of their offering would appear to be ASIC UltraBoost.

other members of QBT's R&D team, is working on other findings that are expected
to be patentable in the coming months.

patent application is the first milestone resulting from our R&D programme,

AsicBoost: AsicBoost is a patent-pending method to speed up Bitcoin mining by a factor of approximately 20%. The performance gain is achieved through a high­ level optimization of the Bitcoin mining algorithm (SHA256) which allows for a drastic reduction in gate count on the mining chip.

The SHA256 function being a combination of the message schedule and the compression function, when considering the optimisations of ASIC UltraBoost for the entire SHA256 function, the number of operations across the 3 iterations of SHA256 are reduced by approximately 7%.

Sweet, now I wonder who we will partner with or who will by our tech seeing helmet is worried about cash, (which we have) won’t be long before we do a ARB style rise imho

Staff are happy with the option reward shares at 5p and 10p to reward them for their hard work, I’m sure this will be multiples of that before to long imho

ARB went from 4p to £3.30 and a market cap of 1.1 billion I think it was from memory

A BASHER HANDBOOK:
Do not underestimate a Bashers influence on a stock. The Pro's are good at what they do and what they do is profit from your losses. Below is their "hand-book". Learn from it or you will be donating your hard earned money to them!
Rules for Successful Bashing:
1. Be anonymous
2. Use 10% fact. 90% suggestion. The facts will lend credibility to your suggestions.
3. Let others help you learn about the stock. Build rapport and a
support base before initiating your Bashing routine. 4. Enter w/ humor and reply to all who reply to you.
5. Use multiple ISP's, handles and aliases.
6. Use two (2) or more aliases to simulate a discussion. 7. Do not start with an all out slam of the stock. Build softly.
8. Identify your foes (Longs) and the boards "guru" Use them to your advantage. Lead them do not follow their lead.
9. Only Bash until the tide/momentum turns. Let doubt carry it the
rest of the way.
10. Give the appearance of being open minded. 11. Be bold in your statements. People follow strength. 12. Write headlines in caps with catchy statements.

24. If other posters share your concerns, play on that and share theirs too.
25. Always cite low volume, even when it's not.
26. Three or four aliases can dominate a board and wear down the longs.
27. Bait the Longs into personal debates putting their focus/efforts on you and not the stock or facts. Divert their
attention from facts.
28. Promote other stocks that would-be investors can turn to instead of the one your Bashing.
30. Do not fall for challenges on the "values" of what you are doing, it's a game and you are playing it with your own rules.

7% improvement doesn?t sound as impressive as its earlier statements, also there?s no guarantee these theoretical improvements won?t be lost when implemented in actual physical chips. Not convinced this is the breakthrough everyone was stating earlier.

Karma - I hold millions of these shares from 0.2p and have no connection to PP except I am curious why he has a grudge against you / so ffs grow up - I just happen not to be able to sleep very well atm and just went though a few threads at 5pm - so don’t get paranoid - and I only just noticed that he replied quickly - ok!!!!
(Btw isn’t it strange how you always reply to PP also immediately at 7am most days - see its plain stupid isn’t it - it’s a discussion thread and if you were more polite to PP I bet he will post less often)
