buried in yesterdays results waffle

"Further reduction of the debt position (if and when the conditions are deemed
appropriate)."

I F$%#%^NG well told you so. !!!!! Saying when the conditions are deemed appropriate, they will reduce debt. That, my friends, is IMO referring to a PLACING!

Work experiences?

So you just disregard the potential and concepts of all these PHD students that are working specifically in that field?

Very naive of you, but then you are the one talking this down so I guess you have a plan.

Not if he doesn’t perform he doesn’t, it’s there in a CLP RNS which we have talked about many times yet you still post lies, why ?

FG gets a salary of £60k half of which is taken in shares.

Any further money is on commission for previous debt recoveries, which is 10% so he is aligned with share holders, don’t perform and you get paid £30k and shares not worth a lot, perform and you get shares and the bonus.

So looking at this, if FG fails to get a win from the outstanding cases then he is on £30k plus £30k of shares

If he fails to get the share price above 5p he doesn’t get his options and gets paid £30k plus £30k in shares, it’s not hard to work out is it Bully Boy

31st July 2015 RNS

According to the terms of engagement of Mr Gardin, he will receive an annual salary of £60,000, half of which will be in shares. In addition Mr Gardin will recevice a bonus equal to 10% of the realised value of any assets disposed after his appointment.

FG gets paid handsomely, contrary to popular belief.

The Stig / international expert is on a plan based on results - fair enough. In order for him to take advantage of that complan, he is going to put a major shift in. Allowing for patents etc. etc.

Allowing for timeframes on development / patents his options sound - "ambitious". Ahead of finding buyers for what's delivered.

The other 12 experts? Work experience?

Expert and FG have options at 5p, 10 million for the expert on his own so no they not working for nothing unless they don’t get to 5p

According to the RNS today they raised £1.68M (before expenses) in Feb21 & as at end June21 had around £900K in cash.

One would assume they had an amount of cash on hand before the raise in Feb21.

And now 13 experts on the team. I suggest they aren't working for nothing.

AIM costs, Nomad/broker etc etc.

Developing this groundbreaking tech is clearly not easy or cheap?

June 2nd
“The aim of the R&D programme is to develop Bitcoin mining tools and techniques which will significantly outperform existing mining equipment, both in speed and energy consumption. While the Board is aware this is an ambitious project, given the radically advanced technologies and methodologies being used, it believes that the goal is achievable.”

Vauch,
Question is define: “significantly outperform” existing mining equipment ??
Is Expert talking 10% - 20%-25% improvement? (in efficiency of Bitcoin mining, targeting a material reduction in energy usage and faster hash processing, which will increase the probability of successful mining)

Today’s rns:
“radical speed improvements which the Company is planning to file under an international patent” = global royalties

(Reading between the lines: FG/Expert are tight lipped but already know they have achieved “radical speed improvments” if they are planning to file it under an international patent). 🤫

If proof of concept is shown to work then it could add real value to the patents,

they could achieve both: mine their own crypto ccy short term for early revenue/income, become blockchain validators?; as well as licence out hardware /chips (once IP patented) for royalties as greener, efficient, acceptable approach to mining?

You’re right sparry, i recall 43k was mentioned, it could be tested, but BTC tested 39k even. Can be up 10% by close, won’t surprise anymore. Biggest winners are the exchanges and the biggest players/ adopters to the btc asset. New high will be broken. Like a volcano now..wild ash about to spew..

Each to their own.

October is 5 trading days away so anytime in October expect to start hearing news, at long last hopefully we can leave these lows behind.

Now there was a guy that said we would hit 43k this month with Bitcoin and I thought nope won’t go there but here we are then he predicted 60k end Oct and 100k by Christmas, he also got the last couple of months right so interesting times for sure

Btc Mining with the new “optimisedR21; chips, the greener method has to be way forward?
To create revenue using optimised FPGA and faster GPU?
There is a decison they will make on using FPGA as “first mining engine” in october?

All I read and see is blockchain this and blockchain that and the valuations are just incredible...billions trillions zillions

Everytime a stock that says they are into blockchain releases results their turnover is zero.

To me is just the biggest bubble in the history of bubbles, hundreds of millions of people worldwide riding this ponzi and when it collapses it will be spectacular.

Look Ok. Statement suggests they are going to start crypto mining which is something they said they wouldn't do..I may have misinterpreted?

You must have misinterpretted. I have it on absolute authority from the oracle of all things QBT/Brainspark/Clear Leisure (multi ID ramp merchant KarmaSprays) that "we have moved beyond mining". So there it is. Personally I think we should plug in the miners that we spent an absolute fortune on and then left them to rot in the mobile mining unit.
Feeling pretty teed of by these results today. 1p probably by mid afternoon once the market digests the vacant yet overly wordy statement
