Indeed though claims to have a made it buying ARB at the lowest and selling at the highest, and then in the midst of the pandemic and all the travel restrictions, being able to purchase a mansion with their profits and set up shop in Thailand / Taiwan, and now spends their time posting spurious and long winded negative diatribe pretty much solely on this board.

conduct of Sipiem's former board and internal audit committee was “unlawful̶1;

Furthermore, as one of the defendants has sadly passed away, CL17 was required to take a few additional mandatory procedural steps that have slightly delayed the proceedings. The Court of Venice has then scheduled the hearing for 10th November 2021 during which the Judge will receive the parties' comments on the report of the independent expert. The judge has schedule a hearing to comment the independent expert valuation -

Concrete deliverables from this 13 man expert team / research project is what the market is awaiting.

That won't of course stop all sorts of speculation from all the usual suspects in the lead up to the next wonder update on the legacy court case, which I understand is sometime in November.
