15/8/2024 10:03 | flc- FG has not changed his statement on revenue generation in 2024. He could have today but he did not . Nice try.... | ss46
15/8/2024 09:55 | ss46, read the RNS again and tell me if you think they are any closer to a deal or revenue. They are a million miles away and will be out of cash within a month. | flc

15/8/2024 09:08 | I did warn iceage about the 'voices' he was hearing. The correct response to the recurrence of a psychological disorder of that sort would have been to remind himself to take his pills as prescribed, not to buy a 'massive wedge' of duff shares. Commiserations to pedalcar about this week's pocket money. Spending all 17p of it it on those 22 shares has not played out well. He is down about 4p on the purchase, and 4p is a lot of money to him. | 1knocker

15/8/2024 08:52 | Never ending nerdy nothingness! | niggle
15/8/2024 08:44 | How right the disappointed bull was when he posted on the LSE board yesterday urging fellow bulls not to argue with the 'negative posters' because they are always right and the bulls always wrong !! He will at least have avoided some egg on his face. That is probably cold comfort though. He has seen what little value remained in his QBT holding decline by a quarter this morning. That must hurt. | 1knocker
15/8/2024 08:36 | Those shorters must be absolutely gutted that they did not follow the sage advice of the Duds to close out their positions before hey got burned. The RNS is in fact worse news than has been noted here. 1. Earlier PG was talking up a medium term strategy. Now there is no mention of that at all, nor any reference to QBT's DIY chip design (which always sounded to be complete pie in the sky given the technical and financial resources required to design and produce chips). 2.It is also notable that there are no references in the patents section to any expectation that patents will be granted. Instead there are references to protection of the intellectual property as business information. 3. There is no mention of any timeframe for commercial roll out or revenue, but there are copious references to test failures necessitating a different port, and the impracticality of 'real life' testing because that would require a large rig pool, throwing the much vaunted testing back upon the synthetic (ie theoretical) testing which has so signally failed to impress the miners and rig makers. The Duds will of course not read the words on the page: they will read the words the hoped t see on the page. The market, by contrast, has read what he words state, just as it listened to what PG actually said in the Miami interview. The impact of the RNS on the share price has therefore been the same as was the impact of the Miami interview. I apologise to my loyal followers for my underestimation of the downside risk of purchasing QBT at 0.8, and my misjudged assessment that QBT was a speculative buy for balls at 0.7. I take modest comfort though that I expressly warned that I did NOT advise buying at either 0.8 or 0.7 and would not be doing so myself, and for my subsequent warning that while I thought the share price would probably steady at about 0.6 it was impossible to make any confident prediction as to the bottom for a sucker stock. I have many times recommended, and now repeat that recommendation, that if anyone is minded to buy QBT, he should sit on the sidelines (or in he already holds QBT stock, sell into any temporary price rise)during the current 'disappointment' phase, and await an established price reversal if and when QBT makes a clear moves back into 'hype' phase, and to be sure to sell while the share price is still rising, Ie BEFORE that hype phase flips into disappointment phase again. Don't catch falling knives, don't mistake QBT for a LTH, and don't be greedy when you are in profit. That is the only way to make money on a sucker stock. Many thanks to all my PM group for their kind words. It is heartening to read your messages saying that you saw the recent small spike for what it was and did not buy into it, and and even more gratifying to hear from a couple of those of you with the misfortune to hold QBT shares that you took that opportunity to sell down and reduce your losses. Broomstiock will find his post long and boring. I remind him that those with short attention spans and prone to FOMO are temperamentally unsuited to investment in stocks and shares (and especially sucker stocks). He is unlikely to have got as far as this final paragraph though, so that reminder will fall on deaf ears. | 1knocker

15/8/2024 08:24 | The reason for this approach is due to Bitcoin’s current level of mining difficulty; that is, the probability of finding a winning hash is statistically almost impossible, unless using hundreds of mining rigs simultaneously. Therefore, by using the difficulty level of old blocks of the Blockchain, combined with current mining hardware, a real-time testing of Method C would, the Company believes, be possible. FFS. So they have finally managed to admit what everyone else, or at least those capable of rational thought rather than Kool Aid drinkers, has been telling the Goons. Not enough rigs, no proof in a reasonable timescale. | ellipses
15/8/2024 08:23 | It appears that nothing is happening across the board and I wouldn't be surprised to see this heading sub .5 in the very near future. Sellers piling in now and no update on Sipiem so they must be running on fumes ATM. | flc
15/8/2024 08:10 | The first international patent application has also been filed in the US, Canada, Australia and South Korea. You may have to click on the Patent Family tab in the second link. Neither of them reference a US application so either that happened very recently but the pages have not been updated or it hasn't happened. | ellipses
