Quadrise (AIM:QFI) , the supplier of MSAR(R) and bioMSAR(TM) emulsion technology and fuels, providing innovative lower cost and lower carbon alternatives to fuel oil and biofuels , announces that it has been notified that on 1 August 2022 Andy Morrison, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4824 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr. Morrison is now interested in 700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of Quadrise's issued ordinary share capital.

Warrants at 5.78 a share and 7.48 a share...if I have read it correctly.
Likely just a requirement to announce I would have thought.

As a general statement, I would still say it's a dangerous time for shares.
This is a small bet on a risk/reward basis.

Meeting the goal of net-zero emissions that countries and some industries have committed to won’t be possible without huge advances in climate technology that aren’t achievable today. Even the most powerful supercomputers available now are not able to solve some of these problems. Quantum computing could be a game changer in those areas.
