Only a fraction of retail investors application accepted at the artificially low price of 3p but the bulk of the institution's application accepted at the bargain price of 3p in the parallel placing. Also of note the retail offer is subject to completion of the placing but the placing doesn't depend on the outcome of the retail offer. Clearly the board are in the pockets of the institutions to agree to such an un-level playing field. Sadly there are no referees in the AIM market which explains its decline.

For those who aren't familiar with the legal phrase "soft pre-emptive allowance of 12.3% for retail investors and 100% for Directors and institutions" then the Latin translation is "stitch up".

Nice to see someone out to nobble you (whether justified or not I neither know nor care)

Retail offer doubled. Amazing what hyoe will do. Let us hope it lasts and doesn't end in tears like the lady crying her eyes out on my shoulder at the AGM only a few years ago when she had lost half her life savings by believing the hype.

Perhaps it wil happen this time.
