gibbs1, water off a ducks back for me. I find the 2 easy to wind up. Ramptastic they may be, but I and they know, that they are losing dosh!

They fail to mention that the big capture (MSC) are looking elsewhere and have signed contracts, not understandings.

Even if QED bios' were sustainable, I reckon another 7yrs before proper use, and by then QED will be long gone.

gibbs the company is very close to starting the trials in Morocco.The depressed share is a result of various delays some of them were beyond the company.

News of just the start of the Moroccan trial will push the price above 2p.

hazl they don't really bother me.

I strongly feel that we will get the news from Morocco and Utah that QED deserves for their hard work in developing the technology.

Not long to go it's April next week.

gibbs if the company makes you nervous and you're not happy with the management you can always sell your shares (that's if you own any) and move on.

I on the other hand am very happy to hold in fact i bought some more yesterday.they will start to generate revenue at some point from H2.

All we need is positive news from Morocco.

As far the placing is concerned it will be at a much higher price:

A successful outcome of the Moroccan trial will give the shares a massive boost.
Positive news from Utah will push the share price even higher.Signing of the commercial supply agreement in H2 could easily take the share price to around 4p to 5p and the company should be able to raise further funds in H2 quite easily and at a significantly higher price which will also be less dilutive for the holders.

alas you should know better

i feel you are overly biased

as you have said many times, it could be a multi bagger although the salaries paid are currently rather high
when promising results are continually seemingly delayed

When presumes you are working in the office and not at home so have to await the PROACTIVE video goodies

The price has stayed firm after that 1.9m sell at 9.42am infact MM's want 1.385p for 500,000 slightly more than the current offer 1.38p.

There was no rns for this important news:

We already potentially have a 2nd trial after the Morocco.

I'm sure once the Test Agreement is finalised in Q2 the company will issue an rns.

Americas - Quadrise and its local agents are actively pursuing trial and commercial supply agreements with candidate power generation clients in Panama and Honduras and are in discussions with a large refinery in the Caribbean in addition to ongoing efforts to progress activities in Mexico during H1 2023.

From yesterday's rns:

Americas - Quadrise has recently signed a Letter of Intent with a central American power provider outlining plans for a commercial test of MSAR(R) and bioMSAR(TM) at the provider's power plant. Discussions are ongoing and the Company expects a Test Agreement to be finalised during Q2 2023 ahead of a site trial followed by entry into a Fuel Supply Agreement upon success.
