26/7/2017 14:17 | maffs1 well done One does not get to make money financed by other bigger players throwing their cash at it | buywell3
26/7/2017 14:16 | maffs1, I agree, it has been a terrific momentum play, and every time you think it'd run it's course, it accelerates off again! At the current market cap, can it go much further? What do you think? | andy
26/7/2017 14:14 | rog, "there are no rights and wrongs here" --- I totally agree, so therefore we are allowed to express opposing views then? | andy
26/7/2017 14:05 | and why do you think that they are bidding it up? potential? it may not realise its potential, but as most of us understand, investment is about risk/reward, and is a subjective thing there are no rights and wrongs here | rogthepodge
26/7/2017 13:47 | I'm not in PURP for the long term (unless results warrant it), but this has been a great trading share for me this year. Whatever we may think, institutions continue to bid PURP up and it has some top funds invested. And as long as that is happening, I'm in! To me, this is a pure momentum buy. Time will tell if it is able to do what the market currently thinks it will. | maffs1
26/7/2017 08:49 | Must be pretty big Ohhhhhhhh trick question Sneaky andy ..... I like that one | buywell3
26/7/2017 08:45 | rog, What a thoroughly unpleasant person you really are. We are trying to dicuss PURP, have you anything to contribute apart from attacking other posters on a personal level? Out of interest, what's the PE at £5 per share? | andy
25/7/2017 23:57 | yes it's going to tank LOL are you happy now 'Andy' can you now please F.O.? | rogthepodge
25/7/2017 23:34 | Panc, Why not start a discussion, and we'll see how far it goes? I've tried to start discussions here as you'll see if you go back through the thread. I think the PURP v traditional agent is a fascinating battle to come, don't you? I can see advantages for both, and in fact there's room for both, as each will have it's unique set of clients. In a rising property market there's room for both, IMO, and PURP will do well, but if it turns, who would have the advantage then? Will people opt to pay a (possibly) lower fee in advance, and risk losing it if they don't achieve a sale, or sign up with an agent where they can withdraw from the sale if they don't achieve one, at no cost to themselves? Over to you Panic, what do you think? | andy
25/7/2017 23:32 | 'Andy' go back to the playground mate you are nearly as immature as ElCap | rogthepodge
25/7/2017 22:33 | This thread is an embarrassment to humanity | hydrus
25/7/2017 21:37 | I give up - if both of you aren't man enough to ignore stuff then more fool you.I'll research this on twitter from now on | panic investor
25/7/2017 21:29 | panic, I'm only responding to lies being posted about me, if he would desist in posting falsehoods, we could return to trying to discuss PURP. Sadly as soon as you express an opinion that isn't ueber positive, you will be labelled a 'deramper', even if you are only asking a question. By all means try and open up a discussion and we'll see how far you're allowed to take it before the thread trashing resumes. | andy
25/7/2017 15:40 | fair call PI. just wish our resident snowflake here would just move the fk on. | rackers1
25/7/2017 15:39 | please guys bury the hatchet and get this thread back to PURP can we, some investors like to read about the company and not the people on here. | panic investor
25/7/2017 15:33 | ok 'Andy' you have proven your point, I apologise it's just boring when post after post after post says 'show me where I deramped' I didn't even know deramped was a word and unlike some, I am rogthepodge I don't post under any other alias | rogthepodge
25/7/2017 15:20 | rackers125 Jul '17 - 10:44 - 1287 of 1292 1 0 I've shown u plenty of examples. If u choose to ignore then that's up to u ------- So why can't you post a link to them then? All you do is refer to posts that don't exist, so you can't post the proof, so you just say you have already done so, when you clearly haven't, and when challenged, cannot. it's an old BB trick, as old as the hills. The truth is you cannot verify your allegations, and you are simply compounding lies with more lies, in your case Goebels was 100% right. If you are bored why not filter me? | andy
25/7/2017 15:10 | ive put arguments for both sides. you two shorters simply deramp non stop. go back in yer wabbit hole ..... wabbit | rackers1
25/7/2017 15:07 | Do I have to explain my point? Guess to you I do numb nuts With you two mentally challenged idiots posting rubbish about what he is posting, how is a sensible series of posts going to occur. You two idiots have made sure that cant happen. | lydnem
25/7/2017 15:05 | It's a simple request, that anyone other than you Lydnem/ElCapital can understand | rogthepodge
25/7/2017 14:56 | How can he when morons like you and rackers (who is mentally challenged) consistently post BS to which he replies. You ruin a decent thread yet again numb nuts. | lydnem
25/7/2017 13:41 | 'Andy' show me one post of yours in the last twenty say, that discusses the investment merits or otherwise, of PURP | rogthepodge |
