19/7/2017 10:49 | rackers1, Please post an example of any post of mine that has "deramped" PURP? Please give us all one example! ddav has also made the same accusation, but after several days is STILL unable to back it up with facts, and has yet to post the proof. come on guys, don't just throw accusations around wildly in the hope that some mud may stick, post your proof or retract your accusations. | andy
19/7/2017 10:12 | Oooooh youve noticed it too Rackers1 ! | ddav
19/7/2017 10:03 | Andy its plainly obvious you're short here with all your shameless deramping. where is your short at ? | rackers1
19/7/2017 09:51 | I'm wondering whether we have reached buyer exhaustion here, the price has taken out the previous high, so no double top, but a bit of sideways movement at the moment, and with a market cap of £1.25 billion, this looks fully valued at the very least on current fundementals, and sooner or later shorters will surely arrive here? What we need to consider is the effect of a sticky and falling housing market on PURP's business mode v the traditional commission based agent. Does anyone know what happens if you list on PURP and your home doesn't sell? I presume you lose your fee, is there a time limit for marketing before this happens? | andy

18/7/2017 08:31 | Rog, To be fair you did state at the time you had bought at those levels. I distinctly remember you posting you had bought SGH at around AU$6. Why are you turning this thread into a battleground? We were having a decent discussion about PURP v traditional agents and the state of the housing market, and then you start the personal attacks. If others make comments ignure them or filter them and they will eventually stop, because they themselves end up looking stupid if if they persist and you don't respond. | andy
18/7/2017 08:12 | as you are well aware my average short is at 419 I think you should google fluffer How does it feel to be laughed at by everybody? | lydnem
