I just bought a decent position in this share - been watching on sidelines too long - the move into Australian and usa markets is appealing

I did a search on website they have significantly more properties for sale.

I sold a property in march last year and process and execution was straight forward saved almost 12k in fees through them - was decent service

Awareness of company now growing substantially - only a matter of time that core estate agents start to fold then online will take over with greater momentumn

My best performing share this year Purplebricks is, very pleased to be sitting on a 85% return. At current levels, it's tempting to cash out my original investment and let the rest ride. What are others thoughts?

After ARM Holdings last year and Blue Prism - UK tech stocks have served me well lately.

Well i know you bought at the top, so on SGH you must have lost 99%.....so you still have a pound left. qpp you escaped and got lucky but still about 80% down so you still have £20 left there.
