My investment club bought this against my protests - am tempted to short this to hedge the expected losses. It's being pumped but there isn't the earnings (now or future) to support this IMHO - so fear it will crash down at some point

Good luck to those who saw the punt at 75p and looking at a 1 bagger in a couple of months Im still watching that instruction rate Right move will make the right move they have all the tools and money to counter any threat from the very unexciting "hybrid" concept

The statement by the company about January being a great month was distictly quiet about December which was a right off understandably yes but why hide the afct They have the grand total of 292 proeprties to let and that includes Scotland Not worth geting out of bed for Early days but no evidence they are going to dramatically up the ante

Give us a clue then Donny how many new instructions do you think they have taken on since the listing and has the monthly any totals in December or January exceeded September which is a useful yardstick as it was their best month

You have butchered the fact the monthly increase hasnt risen 20% as the 5110 includes instructions added over the previous 6 months December was a right off showing a fall in instructions and January and February havent picked up sufficently to pick up the shortfall to bring the monthly average equivalent to September instructions

You are right i would be suffering badly if I had taken a short but as I said Im waiting to see in the next month or so whether this TV campaign has done the trick I could be proved wrong . I expect the time served shrewdies at Rightmove up with a good response Watch this space!

Let's say you did have the balls to back your opinion with money: you'd be >30% off side. If you think this stock is about valuation, you're nuts. It's about the market building a stake in the near-term, shortage of inventory (MMs).Some people are smart enough to get that. Others not so much.But you'll be here if this gets clattered. We all know that......

Zoopla responding well with some shrewd corporate purchases and Rightmove no doubt watching closely Will be watching the instructions closely as Spring is in the air If they dont start upping the ante to 2500 new instructionspcm after the TV blitz and the share price pushes up towards 130p I might look very hard at a short Not just yet If you are sitting here on the placing price or less a 23% uplift looks a mighty fine exit to me You cant go broke making a profit In my patch 4 sitting there listed in Octoberwhen I viewed dont know when they took them on 2 have gone and 2 still there with no new listings Only a microview but still !!

I am interested why do you think the instructions havent increased significantly they cant go on subsidising this TV campaign for ever?
