03/6/2016 05:30 | I bought these for around 94 pence and then sold close to their trading update for 160 pence. I still see purplebricks as one for the future but in my view with the brexit and high prices/threat of a correction I decided to sell. Not sure how this model would perform in a falling house market..... | lordyjordy1

02/6/2016 22:05 | My average cost here was below 80p back in Feb. I took it all off over 140p believing it was priced to perfection. The stock went on to 180p. I was underwhelmed with their latest update. I'd want to see FY '17 EPS close to 15p to warrant a price of over 150p to support a bullish case. The fact is that hasn't happened. They're growing interest but not earnings. Jefferies are right in my opinion, and have been very smart with their price target; I think the stock is worth more than 94p, but could indeed trade there with the high annualised vol. This is maybe worth getting back into below £1. I wouldn't pay any more until PURP upgrade guidance. My two cents. | moopdoom

01/6/2016 17:45 | Jeffries Key Takeaway- Numbers dont add up - lovee the target Whether people buy or sell their homes through Purplebricks, we don't recommend that they buy shares in the company. The numbers in the business model look very attractive, however it is our view that they don’t add up. Downside Scenario Our downside scenarios estimates are based on the assumption that KPIS and revenue drivers are 20% lower than our Base Case. In this scenario we assume that when cash levels reach £5m the company will cease to trade and cash will be returned shareholders FY2017E Revenue £23.1m FY2017E PBT £(18.0)m FY2016 EPS (7.5)p Price target: 2p DCF based | onjohn
01/6/2016 14:56 | jeffries fairly scathing says it takes longer to sell on purp than a traditionalhouse builder if the market is rising not a prob, but when a marketis crashing you might want to sell your house asap | dlku

01/6/2016 14:29 | Looks like the chickens are coming home to roost for the Bricks . Yet to hit the 3.500 pcm instruction rate for this years forecast and they are working overtime on Trustpilot to root out any negative reviews Well done to those who sold out of this Emperor,s New Clothes in the 170s and not waited til the 200p barrier which is starting to look very high indeed | hillofwad

16/5/2016 12:17 | Still are any dips they are back in. The whole setup is geared to make this Emperor.s new clothes look good The farcical impartial Trustpilot where most people with a legitiante grievance are excluded from posting a review Their "high" rating they ram down your throats at every opportunity The increase in instructions have yet to materialise .a lot of turnover on experts and those selers that delay paymentof the fee having to use their conveyancers who are openly charging them more than they do to non purplebricks customers | hillofwad

16/5/2016 09:30 | So Mr "Better Call Saul" Bruce wasn't the only insider/related party manipulating the market price. It was none other than 30% holder WoodForDunnit! calling it a temporary price weakness! "we were able to take advantage of this temporary price weakness and we invested further throughout January and February." WPCT | liquidkid

12/5/2016 11:16 | Not in anyway supporting Bricks I think any seller knows they have to pay the fee win ,lose or draw within 10 months The problem lies not only that they are tied into using the chosen conveyancing solicitor if they decide to up sticks Perhaps the no sale- no fee arrangement doesnt look so bad after all | hillofwad |
