August kicking off slowly after a robust July My concern is that they might be already plateauing

The Lettings has failed Homeday in Germany looks like another cashburn overseas re They are showing very little traction throwing good money after bad

Taken the opp to ditch a few this morning ,happy to hang around (just) with 65p as a target

The BODS dont look capable of adding any value-disappointing

Looks like they've delivered a robust set of results. As a disruptor business they are doing well and are finally in a position to benefit, especially as the housing market is so strong.

Seem positive to me in the circumstances. Talk of returning cash to investors from sale of overseas operations was considered. Revenue (or was it profitS before...) wasn’t too much lower than last year

Are they? The company was still in decline before covid, the rental side of the business is not mentioned and no details on taking the business forward. However July was a good month, will the market look at that or last year's decline in New instructions.I still believe bricks has a chance but it needs shaking up and quickly.

porsche1945: “2giraffe. A housing bear market would suit PB’ business model as well as a reasonable market, same as recession suits Ryanair. Use your brain. “
..... today ‘Ryanair fell 4.5% after posting a £165m quarterly loss.’
Aahahahahahahahha and you have the cheek to tell me to ‘use my brain’ hahahahahaha great results for Ryanair in a recession porsche. Deary me....
I don’t even need to use my brain to see which way PURP is going. There is still a strong churn of LPE’s. Anyway boys at least they only lost 52m last year, hopefully this year they will turn it right round to a positive figure as well as a divi payment for you shareholders ......said no one ever LOL 3/8/2020 results day aka d-day for the one-dimensional bulls on this stock

Fairly good week last week on the instructions front but signs of plateauing as the increase has mainly been due to Scotland& Wales opening up

Will Homeday be another Bricks overseas nightmare ?

Agents 180+but under 800 selling instructions

The model is different as the seller pays no commission .You would have thought that would encourage more instructions

Buyer pays 3.5/4.75% so some decent fees going begging

This was the case made out for an investment in Homeday by Axel

This chart has behave in a very similar fashion as it did from July 19 to Jan 20

Over the last few months march 20 till now , a more mini and slightly flattened version if you will IMO

If whet happens next is a repeat of what happened from Jan 20 to March 20 ie chart reacts from here V second Covid wave news

buywell sees a possible chartwise move to 20p in his opinion of course

Some here might look back to buywells predictions when this was around 500p

Hope this helps someone
