03/8/2007 12:52 | For anyone who is not yet aware, the company website has been updated. | androyd
01/8/2007 21:38 | Hips are here. From today PSG has an important new revenue stream. That revenue is set to expand rapidly as more and more houses get caught in the net. Hips will gradually cover more housing types untill the end of the year when all property will be HIP governed. As I said before, my research on hips revealed companies up and down the country that would be supplying HIPS "in association with PSG". Be in no doubt that this is going to mean big money for PSG. I will not labour the point but you heard it here first. The recent bout of share buying by institutions and directors will be seen to be well timed indeed and PGS`s prospects will soon be picked up by the press and tipsheets. As I said yesterday, I am expecting a solid re rating for the shares. | fido
31/7/2007 18:36 | So HIP`s will be inforce as of tomorrow. What I did the other day was to spend some time reading reports from up and down the country about the effect of the introduction of HIPS. On of the things that stood out is the amount of times where an estate agent or a company associated with the housing market said that they will be providing HIPS in assiociation with PSG. Clearly PSG`s national franchise is going to put them in a very strong position in providing HIPS. As PSG say, the provision of HIPS will allow the company to provide a wealth of other PSG products in a one shop stop operation, which is where PSG`s new IT system comes into its own by providing a direct link for selling and support. Clearly the introduction of HIPS tomorrow provides a very strong new revenue stream and I am expecting a very solid re rating for the shares. | fido
31/7/2007 15:17 | Although the question of WHO is buying is important, so is the point about WHY they are buying. Clearly the Hester stake has been SNAPPED UP. This is a very important sign at an important stage in the companys development. This strong buying may be related to HIP`s or it could be a general realisation of this companys prospects, which I now believe to be very positive indeed. | fido
31/7/2007 11:59 | That's encouraging. | truffle
31/7/2007 11:52 | Artemis have increased their stake from 2.235m to 2.635m | androyd

31/7/2007 10:52 | You really should go out and buy yourself a dictionary. The terms 'fact' and 'speculation' have very different definitions ! | masurenguy
31/7/2007 10:49 | Most people would know that when for instance DB buy a stake it is quite often as a nominee and not for own account. Now a serious serial investor such as Tchenguiz rarely owns stock in his own name - so it may be that the DB stake is his. Who knows (apart from the Company who may have 212d DB) and as you say we still have an outstanding 2 million shares which also require an RNS. The facts as far as they are publicly available lend considerable support to my original post about the buyers | phillis
31/7/2007 09:24 | Truffle - 26 Jul'07 - 503 of 536: Well, that announcement makes the picture a bit clearer and very encouraging to see a fairly decent chunk of the stake taken by 2 director purchases. Not sure about the balance of the Hester stake but presumably that will have to be announced soon. Phillis - 26 Jul'07 - 504 of 536: Morton/Tchenguiz Masurenguy - 26 Jul'07 - 17:42 - 506 of 536: Is that factual (and can be substantiated) or just speculation ? Masurenguy - 26 Jul'07 - 20:55 - 508 of 536: Latest director dealings list from DL shows that Julie Hestor sold 5,504,594 shares at 70p and that Jon Mears and David Holme collectively bought 450,000 at 70p. So who bought the other 5,054,594 shares ? If it was Morton or Tchenguiz then it would or should have been reported with these other director transactions today ! Phillis - 27 Jul'07 - 513 of 536: Masurenguy. The obligation is on the buyer to notify the Echange - they have 3 days i.e. until Monday Phillis - 30 Jul'07 - 536 of 536: Comprehension obiously not your strong point M. The link between Morton and the companies announcing the purchase of The Hester shares is there for all to see - are you blind as well? Phillis - 27 Jul'07 - 513 of 536: Masurenguy. The obligation is on the buyer to notify the Echange - they have 3 days i.e. until Monday Masurenguy - 27 Jul'07 - 514 of 536: Actually the obligation is on the buyer to notify the company whose shares they have bought or sold (if it constitutes a notifiable interest) and then it is the company who has the responsibility to notify the market. .................... Seraffina & Groundlinks (Morton vehicles) acquired 1.5m of the Hester shares, which represents 27% of the shares that they sold. Mears and Holme bought 450K (8%). That leaves a balance of 3.55m shares of 65%. Who bought them ? We know that Deutsche Bank bought 1.1m but we don't know who bought the other 2.4m. There was no RNS relating to this issued yesterday either. So your claim that Morton/Tchenguiz bought the Hestor stake remains unsubstantiated as less than a third has been attributed to them so far. You've already demonstrated that you don't understand how the Exchange reporting process works and maths is obviously not your strongpoint. The facts that are currently available clearly don't support your prior claims either ! | masurenguy
30/7/2007 17:28 | Comprehension obiously not your strong point M The link between Morton and the companies announcing the purchase of The Hester shares is there for all to see - are you blind as well? | phillis
30/7/2007 14:49 | MM`s have reduced the spread on PGS over the last few days. That means they now see this as having less risk premium and more tradabilty. HIP`s start on August 1st. When that happens then PGS are going to get a lot of free advertising as the market and press/tipsheets seek those companies that will gain by HIP`s introduction. The recent purchases by institutions/directo | fido

30/7/2007 07:34 | Something is going down here and its not the shareprice. This share has now risen three days in a row against the backdrop of carnage on the main market. We are still waiting for an RNS as to the whereabouts of the remaining shares but we know that the directors have dug deep to buy more shares, we have institutions that have also topped up and new institutions have come on board. As I said it was fairly recent that Mr Morton also topped up. Clearly there has been a momentum in the build up of buying. Odds are that these investors have brought on the knowledge that we have still to find out, but their actions can only be described as bullish. I think PSG have played down the implications of HIP`s on their revenue stream because of the uncertainty about their launch, but with HIP`s due to start on August 1st then we are likely to see PSG being much more bullish, even more so with the launch of the new IT platform which will provide a multi product and direct channel to its customers. PGS are now finally close to seeing the start of their potential being recognised by the market and the shares re rated. | fido

28/7/2007 08:25 | On the face of it, Deutsche Bank is a financial institution,if they are acting on behalf of individual(s) is something i'll never know. | androyd
28/7/2007 07:42 | Androyd, Am I missing something? Why should one of the three companies listed above be an institutional holder. Presumably they are just holding shares as nominees for an investor(s) ? | truffle
27/7/2007 17:25 | All of the Hester holding is yet to be accounted for, there may be another RNS out on Monday. | androyd
27/7/2007 17:17 | This illustrates my point about substantiating claims that are made on this thread. Phillis stated categorically that Morton/Tchenguiz had acquired the Hestor shares (#504/515/518). When challenged to substantiate this claim (#506) she dissembled (#523). It is also clear that she does not understand how the process works in terms of informing the market about share purchases/sales where a notifiable interest is concerned (#513/514). She has absolutely no credibility - cornichon ! Company PSG Solutions PLC Released 17:17 27-Jul-07 Number PRNUK-2707 PSG SOLUTIONS PLC Holdings in Company The Company (GB00B0WHX801) has been informed today of the following shareholders information: Name of Shares Resultant Threshold that Percentage of issued share Holder acquired Holding is crossed/ capital and total voting reached rights Groundlinks 725,000 1,075,000 3% 3.96% Limited Deutsche Bank 1,092,220 1,092,220 4% 4.02% AG Seraffina 734,440 1,248,770 4% 4.60% Holdings Limited The total number of shares in issue and voting rights for the Company is 27,158,240. | masurenguy

27/7/2007 15:27 | "i am not making any claim. Thought you might be interested in who bought the shares" You are 'claiming' that Morton and/or Tchenguiz bought the shares - post #504 I asked for the evidence to support this claim - post #506. Don't try to dissemble - either you can substantiate your claim on this board or you can't. Comprendre ! | masurenguy
27/7/2007 15:05 | i am not making any claim Thought you might be interested in who bought the shares You were the one moaning about the lack of an announcement. I merely pointed out that there is a period of 3 days C'est tout! | phillis |
